Manager is helpful when it’s busy very busy most of the time and a line to fill the balloons but the manager will help and the cashiers are quick but very very busy always

Went in to find hot wheel cars and was told we dont have any i seen a box of them but it was being saved for a special customer .. I know its against policy to do ... so its un fair to others its a first come first serve basis

This is by far the best dollar tree I've been to in the whole salt lake valley. Went in for plastic wrap, and to grab a few items. What I encountered was an excellently run store.
There were employees being trained on balloon inflation, and string attachment, and several employees working on stocking shelves. The main problem with most dollar trees are unorganized shelves, or shelves with no product. It was refreshing to see a store that was well stocked with everything I needed (and more)
When I was looking at ramen noodles I asked an employee (Charles I believe) if he had ever had the new tonkatsu ramen. He hadn't but said that he made a cobbler with some canned cherries and brownie mix recently. I got those cherries and brownie mix and made it. It was fantastic!
The store was busy, and kinda hectic due to the amount of people. I believe that is a testament to the quality of this store, even the checkout process was quick. Several customers in front of me with full carts and two cashiers. I only had to wait a couple minutes. I failed to get my cashier's name, but she was pleasant and deserved a shout-out!

I feel bad for the employees that work at this or any Dollar Tree. Watch "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver," the episode about Dollar Tree. Very informative and hilarious show. We all know the Dollar Tree is a terrible company, but that episode explains just how extremely terrible they are and why. That show is worth watching, however Dollar Tree is not worth shopping at.
