This is by far the best dollar tree I've been to in the whole salt lake valley. Went in for plastic wrap, and to grab a few items. What I encountered was an excellently run store.
There were employees being trained on balloon inflation, and string attachment, and several employees working on stocking shelves. The main problem with most dollar trees are unorganized shelves, or shelves with no product. It was refreshing to see a store that was well stocked with everything I needed (and more)
When I was looking at ramen noodles I asked an employee (Charles I believe) if he had ever had the new tonkatsu ramen. He hadn't but said that he made a cobbler with some canned cherries and brownie mix recently. I got those cherries and brownie mix and made it. It was fantastic!
The store was busy, and kinda hectic due to the amount of people. I believe that is a testament to the quality of this store, even the checkout process was quick. Several customers in front of me with full carts and two cashiers. I only had to wait a couple minutes. I failed to get my cashier's name, but she was pleasant and deserved a shout-out!

I feel bad for the employees that work at this or any Dollar Tree. Watch "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver," the episode about Dollar Tree. Very informative and hilarious show. We all know the Dollar Tree is a terrible company, but that episode explains just how extremely terrible they are and why. That show is worth watching, however Dollar Tree is not worth shopping at.

Well I always get what I need to buy. The bad thing is that there is always only one cashier and the line gets long to pay.

Today was the worst experience I’ve had with any medical situation! I had one of your employees start to have a seizure right in front of My family and multiple other customers I was next in line and seen him start to lose consciousness and began to seize. I’m going through certification in CPR through the school I work at so I’m so glad that I was the one to encounter him I was on the phone for 6 minutes with 911 also but to have an employee in the back room stocking and hear nothing until ambulance and firefighters got there. One of them called an employee over the headphone that employee came over 25 customers in the store in the front, and just this one employee this was an example of how wrong it was to have the understaffing in this location. I forever will remember this moment and I only hope that the man that had the seizure is Okay and that you guys do better making sure there’s enough employees so that this doesn’t happen.

Was met with a rude employee when asking about an item they possibly had in the back (it was right behind the door). I was looking to buy some and even stock the shelves since for them since they were low on the item. They immediately shut down the offer in a rude manner and I walked away without buying anything. Shop elsewhere I guess!

Emptiest, laziest, slowest, and worst customer service out of any Dollar Tree I’ve ever been too! Waste my time every time I try to go there.

They don’t have a big selection of food or anything but craft. Went there at 9 since the door says 9 and so does online, they didn’t open and no one even checked the front. Multiple people were waiting outside. Seems like this is a problem with this specific dollar tree.

They're never open at 0800. 10:00 usually. Please change your sign and web site to the correct hours.
