If I could give no star I would have. We have been a member for over 35 years. Today I go in to the Taylorsville office to get 2 $35 gift cards and I was told there would be a charge of $7.50 each. This after waiting for 15 minutes for some assistance. WOW, starting down hill with Customer Service. Things are a changing.

West Valley Branch Manager Stacey was awesome! She was kind and patient with my father in what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process. GCU is amazing!

I'm really irritated with this bank a direct deposit that was deposited in my account isnt there and I'm sure it's due to their system being down. I've been on hold for 40 minutes now trying to resolve my issues but nothing. I'm sure the response I get if I get a response will just be excuses. The employees that work at the branch are great but I think the higher ups really need to fix the issues going on with this company. I've never had issues like this with other banks. I'm not going to be banking with them anymore after my issue is resolved.

I've been a member of a few banks and a lot of credit unions. I must say this one has always been at the top of all my lists when I compare. I guess that is why it has always been my number one choice. I Definitely recommend this credit union to anyone and everyone.

I came in to get a money order and was told by the young lady that they dont share with other credit unions. The young man who had signed out of his computer David (i forgot his last name) was kind enough to tell to try Cypress. I value someone who takes the time to give customer service and to save me stopping at every bank deserves 10 stars. Thank you I am sorry I forgot your last name

You see I have a loan with granite credit and originally I have an auto-pay I tried to turn off on the 2nd and for some reason they did not allow that to happen or they did not fill out the form or something along the lines of we did not submit and now I'm out a certain amount of money and all they can do is say sorry we messed up you'll have it back within 3 day there's supposedly nothing that they can do but I get hit with everything else because of their negligence. Especially at this Branch alone very unprofessional. I've been to too many other branches and each one has been better than this one in the long run

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people have lost what customer service means. All I needed was change for $100 dollar bill. The teller said that unless I have an account with them they would not do it. Well guess what? Because of this I will NEVER have an account with them EVER. My mom has an account and I will talk her into changing credit unions to mine. I will also be telling my sister that has a business account with them that they should switch Credit unions to my credit union too. Oh and by the way the credit union 50 yards away form you gave me change with no problems. no wonder your reviews are 3.4 stars. These kinds of top down poor customer service policy is inexcusable and should be punished by people walking away from doing business with them.

Hands down THE worst bank on this planet. I was diagnosed with Covid and was out of work for two weeks. I asked to simply skip my car payment and they sent me a form that is straight up like applying for a new loan. Asking for my job title, income and so many other questions. I have never been so dissatisfied with a bank especially during these tough times. I have a credit card with Cyprus and it took 5 seconds to go online select I was sick and my payment was skipped. I will never ever recommend this Granite bank to anyone. I am also currently having a few friends and family members switch from this terrible bank. 0 stars

Their telephone system is not helpful--the delays are unreasonable. When I actually talk to a person they are very helpful and efficient but it takes too long to get to them!

horrible experience as a cosigner all I can say os run away ! far away! we tried a skip pay even piod their $25 fee and still ended up with a 30 day late on my credit even though we had ample time. aparently there was another form that needed to be signed. once again their communication sucked! just like in the beginning when the phone check deposits were not going through. they had no problem taking on fees for that either. yet we had proof on our end they worked. and we never signed up for the overdraft protection but they did that too anyway. oops glad they fixed that. like I said run away this bank is not looking out for the consumer only their own intrests!
