“I’ve been working with Shane at ProSource Wholesale for more than 20 years. In my experience, the true measure of a great supplier is how they respond when challenges come up. It’s easy for a company to look good when everything goes perfectly, but what really matters is how they handle the occasional problem.
That said, in all the years I’ve worked with Shane, things have gone smoothly 99% of the time. On the rare occasion something hasn’t gone according to plan, Shane has always stepped up, come to the table, and done everything he could to make it right.
Whenever I send customers to him, he takes the time to listen, understand what they’re looking for, and help them find the best solution for their needs. Shane is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I can’t recommend him highly enough!”

“We went in to find supplies to fix things around the house also in the back of my mind knowing I needed to upgrade my washer and dryer.
So we wandered into the appliance section and were promptly greeted by Darren. When I say low pressure but above and beyond service, this is your guy! He had a chill vibe and didn’t pressure us and gave us the best recommendations based on my needs and budget. He did recommend the best products to match the two machines we bought. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the department and went over sales on different products not just the machines and I will be going straight to him for cabinet upgrades in the next few months. Overall the store was clean and quiet which I guess for a hardware store is good”
“George was great. He didnt push a sale and took me through great advice to help me with my needs and understand where I was going in my woodworking needs. Its very difficult to find staff that actually care and make a difference. He didnt need to approach me, but after watching me struggle a while he helped without damaging my fragile ego. What a gem of an employee and a great home depot this is. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Emily also asked me for assistance, so proactive! Made it super friendly for a newbie”

It was 7:30 am received great service from Lily and Ayan they both went above and beyond find a price on an item very patient and pleasant.
They gave me a card to do a survey unfortunately I lost my receipt so I wasn't able to do the survey so I thought I would do this review and hope someone important reads it thank you girls for making my morning very pleasant keep up the good work, next time I'll do my email receipts they won't lose it.”

“This must be an older Home Depot. It was my first time there. The lay out is different and there are fewer cashiers and the products seem to be limited by the size of the store. However, it still has the same customer service that can be found in other stores.”
“Big, big store of almost everything you need for home repair or remodel. It can be overwhelming, if like me, you have no clue about home repairs/home remodeling and or home building. It's hard to find someone to help, but when you do they seem to be knowledgeable. Many outdoor items a good selection of plants/flowers/trees/vegetables and fruit trees”

“They have everything you need, nice employees, and have added safety windows for all the clerks. They’re good at shipping things quickly, also. Only negative is they are not requiring masks on customers and the store is too crowded to successfully practice social distancing.”

“They hire local and the young men that helped me, were professional, pretty obvious that management is new at their job, but they sure do have great prices for the most part. On some of the tools, I would double check online prices, and encourage them to value match.”
