This store is run poorly. I have placed 3 orders for curbside pick up, all 3 times they have canceled most of the order due to inventory inaccuracies. Then, when you go in to pick up your order, it is a long wait behind at least 5 shoppers as the cashier is overwhelmed and unable to even say hello or call another staff member for help.It's sad, I used to enjoy shopping here but I will now be looking elsewhere. When in the store, it is trashed and they closed the bathrooms to shoppers. People with disabilities, who need a bathroom are being discriminated against. Hence, why I had to resort to the online pick up method, that is clearly to much for the staff to handle.

Joann is hardly even a fabric store. They have fleece and flannel and some cottons. The fabric is not listed by type but by what they think you can use it for, like sports wear. The patterns are way out of order. I drove across town to see if I could find my needs there. The shelves are pretty much empty. They don't have enough employees. If you find something online and go to the store to get it, you won't find it. Frustrating. Whatever happened to real fabric stores?

I hate to write this because the staff at this store are amazing and I can tell they always trying their best. This store needs more staff! This is the closest store to me but I usually dread going there bc they are ALWAYS understaffed and the fabric is unorganized. Today I found the store messy and I couldn't find what I wanted even though online it said the item I wanted indicated there were 3 and I couldn't find it and use my in-store coupon. This is a management and/or owner problem! Hire more people.

The selection is on par to other store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall store is well managed and stocked.

Candace was so kind and so helpful! I was looking for a specific color of yarn and this was the fourth store I had been to trying to get it. She not only looked it up at different store locations to help me track it down but even offered to personally do a store transfer to help me get it as soon as possible.P.S. I was able to find the yarn! Couldn't have done it without Candace's help

This location has been going down hill for awhile. Now, it’s inexcusable. No bathroom and encouraging their customers to go to other stores for a restroom. Not okay. See the line? That’s one person working the registers, she’s also having to do curbside orders too. There’s no help and the store is a disaster. This location needs to be closed or redesigned along with a new manager. Joann DO better for your customers and employees. That’s horrible.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Believe all the recent negative reviews - they 100% deserve them! Absolutely shocked at the treatment by "management" of this Joann location in Taylorsville, Utah (store 2074). Been dealing with an issue on their part for nearly a month. I was charged for a pick up order that I never picked up because part of the order wasn't actually available. Spoke with Karla on the phone at the store in October and was told to call back if the pending charge went through. Well, it did go through so I called back today (11/15/23) to figure out a refund. I spoke with three different women and had to retell my story every time as they continuously transferred me. No one seems to have a clue. Finally I got to a woman (who again had me re-explain everything). She got my order #, put me on hold, came back, and then rudely told me that it was not their issue and that I needed to "call corporate" as this was a shipping order. I explained that my order was for in-store pickup, which my receipt indicated, and that the email I received thanking me for picking up my order (which I never did!) also said it was indeed an in-store pickup order for their location. She was extremely rude and said basically it wasn't their problem and to call corporate. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked why she was being so rude to me and she said she wasn't and then hung up when I said all I wanted was a refund. It takes a lot to get me to leave a review. This is one of those times. I am appalled at how I was treated. I immediately called corporate to file a formal complaint. I will never shop at this location again and I sincerely hope this store and it's management is retrained on customer service and dealing with issues that are on them.

Jen is an absolute Angel! She greeted each customer like an old friend and was so charismatic and helpful. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be loyal to this store after my experience! Whatever Jen is getting paid it’s not enough!

I’m a frequent shopper at this store. I spend a lot of time (and money) here when I come. When I visited today, the formerly public restrooms were closed with a sign saying to go to Target and use their l bathroom, so I did. I had to go so badly that I left my items and didn’t purchase anything. I won’t be back. I’ll just go to Target for any future needs.

I really love this store. Everyone is always so nice! But! I love fairly far away from any Joann and when I pulled up tonight at 7:30, expecting it to be closed at 9 pm, then seeing a sign saying it closed at 6pm, I was upset. I realize that the early closure could've been due to short staffing, but like... I wish I would've known before taking the time to drive so far. I could've then at least had the opportunity to go to a different location.

Store was organized, stocked, and clean, fabric cutting counter was working very quickly through a long line, and Jenn at the register helped us with the app and getting the coupons to save the most on our purchases. Overall wonderful experience. Feeling very prepared for my big craft project now ❤️

This store suck as hell there bathroom are close permanently the air conditioner “ac” is not working at all I have medical problems which I need ac or I will pass out from the heat I can almost died and and the bathroom I can’t physically hold it or there is a mess Wich is not my fault and there is only 2 people here working at this store it used to be pack with people even on Saturday this store had issues
