Probably one of the worst banks (I use credit unions myself). Tellers seem like they don't know a lot; asked for a proof of their cashing fees, because I'm not an account holder (check was drawn off their banks); was told that they cannot provide that to me, because I don't have an account with them. Whole reason I went to them is because their client had sent me one check they put a stop payment on AFTER I deposited the disability check into MY account; and I was not playing that hassle game again on the reissued check.By the way, they want to use "check cashing convenience " fee for non account holders; but if I were to get a check from a relative, go to their credit union or bank, and cash it; I wouldn't be charged extra. How do I know? The job I held a year ago, we were issued hand written checks; I would go to my employers bank to cash; never was charged a "non member" fee

I really did not want to put this review on the branch page, because it's not the people in the branch I have issue with... but there is nowhere I could find to post on coorporate level.People at the branch are ok, but "key" is the is a deep word for this bank. First they give they key to unauthorized transactions, then they take the "key" back and take every dime they possibly can for the fallout for those unauthorized transactions have done and pocket it... Tier 2 overdraft fees at 38.50 each... WOW... and then if you dont fix the problems they created for you then they charge you a "continued" service fee 28.50.... they even took my money monthly transfer from checking to savings with negative funds from the above issue and charged me again...There is absolutely no accountability for an issue created in their house and expect their customer to wear it all... that being said if I would have been the cause of my own demise here I would own it and this review would not be here, but I had what I needed in my account for the one bill I authorized payment for and my auto transfer until...I have never been treated like this from a financial institution and their so called policies. They say on there website "This bank makes a different kind of change." Money "changing" to their hands? Sure; and that "The path for financial wellness starts here." That may be the case for the bank but not for the customer.

On this branch the ATM never works...

Every time I go in to get anything done it's a hassle and they either cancel my card because they "misheard me" and cant reinstate it, every time I go to the ATM it's broken, I've also been to the location multiple times during the week where it says they are open and the lobby is closed on top of the ATM not working EVER. Making it literally impossible for me to access my money. Every time they "fix it" it works for one day then it is broken again. ATM has been broken from 2020 and haven't been able to successfully use it one in 2021. Only reason I give 2 stars is because Nancy always tries to make it better and do whatever she can to help me even though she's limited. She's got a great attitude and always double checks what I want before she makes any actions and has never caused me any issues herself. Only reason I stay with KeyBank is because of no extra bank fees and Nancy. No joke, one person at this location has given me a reason not to leave. Everyone else keeps messing up my account and cards causing payment issues for bills I have due and not being able to deposit the money for those bills because of the ATM. Thanks Nancy for everything she does but I need everyone else to stop messing things up. Thanks.

Right now key bank is open. It may have a couple customers. A mask is required for protection for self, employees and others that are inside bank due to covid pandemic

I had three separate transactions and Zaratbr had me in and out within less than 5 minutes, he was very fast but still kind to me and made sure I had everything solved before I left.

I'm happy with most of the service that I receive and have been happy with this bank until today. They refuse to take loose change in deposit. While I understand that it's inconvenient I pay fees for this bank to handle my money and the tell me to go to a coinstar for a deposit bag full of coins. This is extremely disappointing and makes me wonder why I pay them in the first place if it isn't for my convince but theirs.

This review focuses specifically on experiences with this location/branch, and not on if I recommend Keybank's banking practices to others. -- I don't bank consistently with Keybank, but I do have a HELOC account with them, so I occasionally drop by a branch if I need to withdraw some money to cover a large home project--since they no longer issue cards linked to the HELOC account, which is inconvenient, but not applicable to my review of this branch specifically. This is one of the few branches I ever come to. The building itself is small and can be cramped even with a small line, which makes me less likely to come to this branch over another one. In the handful of times I've come to this branch, I've had some 'meh' and 'bland' experiences. I've also had some experiences that were not bad, but also nothing that stuck out in my mind as a great experience. Just kind of 'middle of the road' kind of experiences where it's not bad but it's not necessarily good either. It's just... well... 'A-OK', as Yelp would classify a 3 star review. Keeping Keybank's corporate practices out of the review and focusing only on this branch, I would say that there are other Keybank branches that are more enjoyable to walk into, but if you're in the area, and you need to hit up a branch, then this branch is just as good as any for basic banking. I'm not sure I would come to this branch if I wanted to open a loan, or have anything notarized--assuming they do that at this branch, which I can't confirm that they do.
