We bought 2 mattresses, 3 box springs, a Purple pillow and a sheet set. Everything was fine with the purchase and delivery of the mattresses, box springs and sheets. I am, however, disappointed about Mattress Firm's policy concerning pillow sales. Buyer beware: pillow sales are final, and they won't accept returns. I was not told this before buying it. However, if you buy directly through Purple, they will accept returns for up to 30 days if you don't like a pillow. The pillow I liked so much in the showroom turned out to be waaay too tall and hurts my neck. Had I purchased it through Purple, I could return it and get a smaller size (another thing I wasn't told: the pillow comes in 3 heights). But because I bought it through Mattress Firm, I'm saddled with a $200 pillow I can't use. If Mattress Firm isn't going to offer the same warranty as the manufacturer, the sales rep should tell customers what their policy is, and should inform them they can get a warranty directly from the manufacturer.

Gerardo went over and beyond my expectations on delivering the mattresses. He also went the second mile by moving the other new mattress into the other room and then he unpacked my mattress, picked up the other old mattresses and left without a trace of junk left behind. I’d give them an A+ for service and quality. I’m 100% satisfied

I went into to the Mattress Firm (5400 S 1700 W) looking for a new mattress and foundation for my mother. My mother is 102 years young and we needed a twin size for her new smaller room. It was a rush, in that we only had a few days to move her, as things can move quickly at her age.
MJ was so helpful and attentive as she assessed my situation and need. I told her my timing and she got to work, asking clarifying questions to make sure that I was getting what was needed. She came up with a great twin mattress and adjustable base combo that will provide my mother great comfort and sleep for this phase of her life.
MJ arranged it all, pick up at the warehouse since our timing was so quick and made sure to add additional instructions to have to warehouse load the order into my truck.
MJ gave me a great price and wonderful customer service leading me through the sales process.
