Absolutely the worst business! tried booking 2 MRI's, they were rude and when we asked about masks she was very snarky and said I had to have one on even when alone in the machine with no one around. I tried booking the open sided MRI to to severe claustrophobia, the wear a mask for 2 hours is impossible. CDC doesn't even recommend this. They didn't care and said "call your attorney, we don't care"! no respect for anyone with issues, no respect for people that need help. If you are thinking of using these idiots please reconsider!

This place has gone the EXTRA mile for me. I've had to cancel many times and they remain kind and courteous!!! The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The tech is kind and very friendly and encouraging.Thank you for your professionalism and patience with me.

Quick. Nice staff. Beautiful photography.BUT... a man walked through the dressing room to the community bathroom. They make you take all your jewelry off, but have a sign that says they're not responsible for stolen item. Hah! Yes you are. Hopefully the new owners will put some money into the dressing rooms. That's the only bad part. Ditch the carpet.... and put in tile.Still a good place.

Did not send my CT scan to my doctor and since it didn’t go through they did not continue to try to send it in. It was an urgent matter after I have had a procedure done. I was treated badly by the front desk staff.

The place was great. Much less expensive than other estimates I received. The staff was fantastic and the did it at night, so I didn't have to miss work or anything. I would highly recommend this place.

I seriously had the best experience with this imaging center. My abdominal CT was $300 without using my insurance. They faxed the results to the physicians I asked them to and also sent a requested disk right away. I could not be happier with their service and I will be referring people to this center from SW WY!!!

I sent in all my information several days ago so I can get approval from my insurance company to get an MRI which I desperately need in order to be able to take time off work or receive anything for pain management. I was told that I just needed to wait for my insurance company to contact them then open imaging would get back to me. Called them today to find out they have not started the process at all and hadn’t even received my doctors order for an MRI yet even tho they specifically told me they had on Wednesday. I have been patiently waiting while in agonizing pain only to find out they lied to me about what they had done. If I had known before I could have called the insurance company myself, or re sent in my MRI request, but because I was told it was taken care of I waited. If you need service fast, DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have to share that I had a terrible experience with these guys and would never recommend them to any friends, family or colleagues. You'll want to make sure to read below about my experience before allowing these guys to take your money and your time!!After hearing them talk about my orders from the lobby, I approached them about it and the finance person who originally quoted me for an MRI & MRA of the brain (Janet White is her name) began to engage me in a confrontation IN THE FRONT LOBBY in front of another patient. Making me feel quite villainized and uncomfortable for not having known my doctor ordered an additional scan from what I was quoted (I never saw the order ahead of time - it was sent directly to them, so I had no idea what he had ordered specifically, just what he told me from our appt) then proceeded to make me feel bad for not paying the additional, stating they were 'just going to lose money on the service' after I offered multiple times to pay for the additional scan I wasn't originally quoted on. She refused to let me pay but continued to make me feel bad for it. She claimed that they don't schedule brain scans without orders for that reason, but they scheduled me anyways - entirely not my fault yet made to feel as though it was.If it wasn't for the kindness of the two other ladies in the front coming up to me after the fact in privacy and apologizing for the incredibly inappropriate behavior from Janet, I would give these guys 1 star. The nurse in the back was also quite kind. It's very stressful to have to get a brain scan to begin with and this did not help.I did address this with the manager, Greig, to which point he said that "there are times when an employee might be under unimaginable stress in their own lives and sometimes that can spill over in their work lives" - although he said this was no excuse for the behavior and he did condone it, it was the ONLY explanation he gave me as if I was to accept this.. so I'm here leaving this review.As I was a cash paying client, they did not offer to give me any sort of partial refund for this horrible experience and being treated so poorly as a customer and patient. I will be pursuing fighting the charge with my bank fully. I am very much not above paying for all services rendered but the moment the refused to let me and then made me out to be villain for not, that's the moment I felt incredibly uncomfortable giving them any money whatsoever.

Long wait and they won't comply with your requests. I asked just for an x-ray before it was taken (not for their review). They want me to pay for looking at it. I don't care about their opinion. All I wanted was my doctor to have access to my imaging. I thought I was saving money by going here. Guess not.

Watch out for this place. They don't Care about any ADA patience. When you tell them you follow under the ADA laws they don't Care. Than they want to ask you what medical issue you have, and want a note from your Dr. By law they can not ask any of this. Mandate isn't law for wearing a mask. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA.

When I called in to get my test results of my CT scan the woman (that I forgot the name of) gave me nothing but attitude. Don’t recommend.

These folks are an absolute comedy of errors. I would not recommend them for anything. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and they could not possibly care less about their patients. I would give them a 0 star if I could.

My experience with Open Imaging was positive and overall pleasant given the circumstances I was going through personally. The staff was helpful throughout the entire process of helping gain pre-authorization with my insurance. They were efficient and prompt with scheduling my appointment which I truly appreciated. When went in for MRI staff was friendly, polite and professional. I had to have my scan done around the holidays. I was thinking that it would take several days to get the results due to this. I actually received the results back the following day which I appreciated how quickly and prompt it went giving me peace of mind. In the future this is where I would go if I had to get any further MRI's. Affordable cost in comparison to anywhere else in the valley. Thanks! to all the team of Open Imaging for what they did for me!!!

My doc recommended this place. I thought service was adequate, bathroom not. They entered my first name as if it were my last name, so of course insurance would not pay. Great guy at county aging services resolved it for me. I think it was a careless mistake, but I will not return
