This place is kind of a sham, honestly. They are not a non-profit, but it feels like they really try and play that angle to get donations.I went in there recently and their prices are kind of high for reselling items they obtained for free.I got to the registers and there was one employee checking out, and one standing at the self check outs.As I walked up to the registers, the one employee directed me to the self checkouts, I said, I would like to go to the other register and the employee stated that they only help cash customers mind you there was nobody else behind me so I had to check out a bundle of clothes, while two employees sat and watched me. Then I asked for a bag, and they cost $.10 extra. It’s crazy they’re getting free merchandise and the customers do all the work to check themselves out. I try and shop here as little as possible.

My husband brought our donations to the store today and he said he was very pleased with the respect he received while doing the donation process. We will definitely use Savers over our previous donation spot.

It’s almost as if Savers thinks they’re a boutique thrift store with what they’re charging. Can we make thrifting fun again?

These guys are losing their minds with pricing. You are a THRIFT store not a retail store. Went looking for books and they have some prices as high as $40 per book USED checked Amazon and can buy that same book NEW for 25. Mark Walsh the ceo made 4.2 MILLION. I don’t know about you but I think it’s time to shop elsewhere

Best place to find good used things. I love how they give back to charity.

I do get exciting to visit this drift store but when l get there l dislike stuff there because of price l do get some but not alots.this company doesn’t understand that everything they is free and sell on less price l do understand they pay staff and other things but I can’t believe higher price is like to buy new items. I have friends works there l just like to go and say hi to them and go.

Came here to do some shopping on the bike I commute on, it’s a bike worth over 6k. The store does not have a bike rack in front and they will not allow people to leave their bikes in the front of the store where there is plenty of room. I asked what I was supposed to do with my bike and they said leave it outside cause they can’t be responsible for it. I have been to other locations and this was not a problem. It’s a bit embarrassing to walk into an establishment and be turned away because you are on a bike.

This savers has a decent supply and collection, the biggest problem is that they don't have a public restroom. Also sometimes things are marked up way too high

I used to go here all the time to get clothes for my kids and it was easy to find great deals on everything we needed. It's been a while since I've been here but my daughter needed some jeans so we decided to go to see if we could find her a few pairs of pants. Normally we grab a bunch of pairs then try them on and buy the ones that fit but I learned now that they no longer have fitting rooms and you have to try them on at home and bring them back to exchange them if they don't fit. Not only that now the prices are way higher than they used to be for things that were donated to them. I also noticed that there were very few employees working and now they only have self checkout unless you are exchanging something and you also have to pay for bags- only .10 cents each but still the fact that you have to pay almost regular retail for used donated items, you have to do self checkout and bag your own stuff and you can't try it on and even though you can exchange it you can't return anything and get your money back - only in store exchanges. You can't go in and return it for in-store credit that you can use later on either it has to be in store the same day when you return it so no getting it loaded onto a gift card and coming back later. It's just very inconvenient and honestly the fact that they won't do a return instead of an exchange just feels greedy especially when they are nickle and diming you with the bags and not paying to have a full staff at the store like you might expect for the prices they are charging. I wasn't impressed and I won't be going back again.

It’s a Savers… It’s a thrift store exactly like you would expect. I’ve actually come across some of my best thrifting finds here of some really nice stuff, and seem to have my best luck here. The two ladies I usually encounter at the self check out are very friendly.

I dont think they should be able to sell broken products that you cant use. They wont ket you bring it back when it was no use to you. I will do my shopping at deseret industries from now on, they say if you buy it and get home and its broken or doesn't work you can bring it back.

Why are the prices so high now. Really 2 dollars for a used notebook that you buy brand new for 1, shirts being prices regularly over 15,ect.. priced like new when it's a donation center. Very frustrating

I used to find some nice stuff here. The little toy bags used to be about $1.99 and now many are $6.99!! Yikes!
