“This particular shopping plaza has undergone some major renovations. We now have a Petco, a Chipotle, and a few other new stores. I found myself visiting here more often.”
“I've always loved visiting Gardner Village. Longtime fan of theirs for 30 years.
I heard from a friend who knew the original owners that it was inspired by a similar shopping area made up of old homes turned into boutique shops called Gilman Village in Issaquah, Washington...about 15 to 20 miles east of Seattle. I grew up in Issaquah and loved Gilman Village, so was thrilled to find Gardner Village upon moving to Utah as a young adult!
I love Gardner Village's holiday decorations and celebrations, the wide variety of shops, and the pretty, natural setting with the water feature and bridges. Always makes for great photo ops with family and friends.”

“I absolutely love these products, especially the fruit-flavored and thermogenic ones! I’m about to try the pre workout (crossing fingers). I’m trying to cut caffeine and the non caffeinated are still great ! The girls at the store are always super friendly and helpful, making the in-person experience so much better than online support. Even though I live out of state, I make it a point to stop by every time I visit SLC. The free samples are awesome, too! I highly recommend trying one – you’ll be so happy you did. They’re delicious and refreshing!”
“Quite a few frequently visited (by myself anyway) stores here. Having an auto parts store, UPS store, Peterson's, multiple banks, a good variety of fast food locations, is very convenient for me. I would like to have whoever was involved in planning the parking and roadways sit down and think long and hard about what they did, because it's pretty awful.”
“Nice shopping center with a wide variety. There are many great eateries in the area and an inviting publis space near the theater there. It has a water jet fountain and playground for smaller children to play in as well.”
“It's a great spot. They have some great food choices..you and I kitchen is my personal fave.
They have a barber shop, the conjuring tree is my favourite place (if you like mystical things) you can drop off your donations there or across the road you have another donations place.”
“Unique shopping center in a converted trolley barn that has genuine character the outdoor malls can't replicate. The brick interior, the old tram cars, the indoor fountains — it's charming in a way that feels earned. Mix of local and national tenants. The restaurants here are good — Rodizio Grill has been a staple for years. Easy parking compared to downtown. A Salt Lake institution that manages to feel timeless rather than dated.”
“I love this In and Out! Andrew was the absolute best! He should definitely get a raise because his customer service was incredible. My 8 year old brother accidentally knocked our fries over and was crying. Andrew replaced our fries and brought us napkins. Then he took our trash for us. The food was also amazing!”
“The Commons at Southtown is a vibrant shopping and dining hub. Clean layout, plenty of parking, and a mix of big names and local gems make it great for errands or hangouts. Seasonal events add charm, and the atmosphere feels lively yet relaxed—a solid spot in South Jordan.”
“i’ve been coming here with my family, since i was a little girl and the people here are so nice! The people in La Bonita Paleteria know me and my dad and brother, and the guy is super nice! They even have a grocery store, Hair salon, and more!! I definitely recommend coming her”
“Love this place. It has so many neat businesses. I especially love the little fitness tunnel full of Pilates, hot yoga, physical therapy, chiropractors, and dance studios. There are yummy restaurants, a movie theater, office supplies, a pet store, clothing stores, craft stores, etc. it’s great.”
“This is such a wonderful place and they do important work in caring for abused and abandoned farm animals. We used to visit them very often when they were still at Gardner Village. Currently the farm is pretty much taken care of by the owner. This is such a hard work as this place has a ton of animals. The owner is very friendly and caring and he has a great heart for those animals. We learned more about cows, sheep, and horses. They may be moving soon and we hope the owner finds a good place. We will visit again!”
“We go here all the time for this and that, worst part is the Parking lot, people don't emuse their eyeballs so if you head over keep your head on a swivel lol 🤣”

“Aside from a dollar store, Baskin-Robbins, and a ski store. I don't really consider this place a "shopping center." But it is home to The Well Church so I have no complaints.”
“Big mall with lots of stores. Need more maternity stores. The skin care store needs to stop luring people in the store to buy skin care products. I got sucked into that before. They’re expensive. I was trying the samples, and the employee was trying to get me to buy the products (that I know are over $200). Just because I try the sample, that doesn’t mean I want to buy. If employees are forcing people to buy the product, that’s more of a scam rather than a business. They like to target women. I’m not stupid, and I’m not high maintenance.”

“This is one of the better Vanwinkle. It seems like it is going downhill though. I get frustrated when people end the gym. Do not wipe off the equipment which happens quite frequently at this location.”
“I went to batteries Plus to buy a battery for my truck Tom help me out. My battery even installed it for me. Let me trade my old battery in for a core charge. They have all kinds of batteries any wire for watch all the way up to a battery for your truck and everything in between thanks highly recommended”
“I have loved the Gateway since it opened. Even for the ambiance of it. Especially in December and January. I feel like I'm doing something fun even without doing anything ?. Get a sweet rolled taco and call it a night.”

“Oh my goodness I think I found my new favorite mall for when I have to go shopping with younger kids. They have a cute train that takes you all over the 1st floor. Cost $7.50 for 2 people. They had cute seating through out the mall. It was clean and bright which gave a very happy vibe. They also have an arcade which I did not go into on this trip but will definitely be planning a family night there once the weather gets cold. Make sure you bring your quarters since they have candy machines through out the mall and a row of them on the second floor. Also on the second floor they have a free indoor play area with a slide and a few other fun things for younger kids. There was construction going on while we were there but you would only know that from seeing it from the parking lot because once inside it was quiet and free of dust. From what I could see they have a good mixture of stores. They also have a free kids event every 3rd Friday of the month from 11- noon with a DJ, craft, balloon artist, and depending on the month and the theme the ither things change. This is located by the fountain and you can pre register on line. If you have young kids I would definitely check it out.”
“We came for the Buckle and Sales Associates just looked at us and went back to their conversation of their planned weekend trip. Had to find someone and found the sweetest girl that really helped but unfortunately the store didn’t have anything stocked. It was a mess in there. Love the shopping area although ! Has everything and anything you need !!”

“I live by the gateway it is so much fun. Since I live close by and it's great to bring the grandkids to play in the splash pad sit at the picnic tables that have swings grab lunch or dinner and sit and swing. There is so much more then just shopping. From the children's museum, dreamscape, the Clark planetarium comic shop, restaurants great place for families”
“Cool inside swap meet. You can find anytime you want inside from clothes. Toys, tools and food options inside was amazing. Great way to spend a couple hours and habe lunch while shopping”
“Has about fifty stores clothes shoes nerd stuff phones canabis jcpenny and food court as well as a bowling arcade they offer a large amount of parking and stores around the mall to eat anf they have a megaplex for shows love this place I probably spend too much time here they also have jewelry stores and colgna to smell good great place fun to browse and have fun close to trax and next to two hotels to stay longer term”
