I had a bad experience with Juan the manager. I have two phones for my business. I was enquiring about trading one in and getting my business line and personal cell on one phone. Spent a hour with Juan researching the deal. I needed to go get my business phone and bring it back. ( Impulse stop ) I made an appointment with Juan and went back with phone in hand. My deal changed and Juan pawned me off on a fellow coworker when I showed back up even though he was not helping anyone else . Very dissatisfied with him and his professionalism. One star is warranted as he wasted several hours of my time and energy. I bailed on getting a new phone phone and new iPad

Just spoke with Nate the manager of the store just as I was finishing being serviced by Wes and had to explain in certainty how phenomenal of an employee Wes is and how I believe he deserves a raise not only because he did such a great job but because I have the experience in customer service myself of about 3 years and I helped improve training for Geek Squad and AT&T Advanced Tech Support so I definitely have the experience to declare this young man deserves a raise if you want to make sure Verizon is spot on with customer service. I was blown away by his age, I assumed youthful by appearance but vastly experienced by knowledge and ability.If you're looking for a phone that's right for you, Wes is the best to ask and exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I don't always leave a review, but when I do it's for a significant reason to ensure my community is granted prevalent feedback for customer service. It was a dream I accomplished when I was younger to work for the companies I mentioned above but it was all phone service, I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to be well dressed each and everyday, great hygiene, and most of all providing excellent quality customer service. I mentioned the things I look for in regards to customer service over the phone for (AER) Acknowledgement, Empathy, and Reassurance and I also spoke with Wes over the phone before arriving and he's phenomenal.I got the Samsung S23 Ultra today and I'm most definitely estatic and well taken care of for all of my needs.Wes, thanks again for your help and have a happy new year. #2024????

Went in on November 22, 2023Met with Mo on duty. Was most helpful, polite, professional young man showed me all the options and explained how they worked so I would not be confused me paint.Very professional, but friendly at the same time. Give this guy a raise!

I was in the store and I overheard one of the customer and representatives working on a sale and the customer was so rude because her order was messed up but the representative and his colleagues were doing the best they can to help her out with her frustration these employees know what they are doing.

I was so impressed how well an issue was handled by the two young people who helped me out with an issue I was having. My Mom and I came in Thursday September 7th about 4:45 PM. I probably came in stressed and wasn’t the most pleasant. The issue came up and they said I had to call customer service, and that frustrated me, but the lady on the line was kind and efficient and got my issue handled REALLY well. The folks in store were just as impressive! When I got off the phone, the sweet girl was sitting with my mom talking with her. Mom hasn’t been having a good month, so that small act of kindness meant the world. Thanks again you guys!

Under staffed. 1 employee to 10 customers is ridiculous. Nobody has that kind of spare time. No regard for customers needs, at all.

Jose helped me port my phone number from AT&T Business. He worked with AT&T for 1.5 hours to get the issue resolved on their end. He has won a customer for life! What a huge help! I could have never done it without him!

We went to finish an online order I had started online. Jose was great! He finished my order, and I even got my new phones on the spot instead of having to wait for them to ship to us. Great experience!
