I gave them a one because there's not a zero , the woman lied to me and said the reason my prescription was not ready was because they just received it but my doctor sent me a text 2 days ago when she sent it . Just overall poor service poor customer service and rude employees. It's so disappointing.

This Walgreens location is a joke. I went in person to pick up my prescription they couldn't find it so I called my Dr had them send it over again so I been trying to call and the hold time is unreal then goes to ringing and eventually hangs up never been able to talk to a human being!!!I went to a different Walgreens and had no issues they could see my prescription sitting in the other store for the entire 3 days and they couldn't understand why I was told it wasn't in the system and didn't get it yet. Horrible with researching correctly in the system either that or the people there are not computer savvy!!!!

They didn't give good service to say the least. She tampered with my item, placing my proof of purchase inside my item container. It should always be the customers' privilege to open their own item accordingly and given the opportunity to receive the receipt. She also bagged this item upside down. It's not my fault I'm paying for your meal and you're still not happy about it.

Ordered my husband's meds through the app. Canceled one but he stil got it. Answering the phone was stupid... it woukd be on hold fine..but it would ring for someone to answer.. out right back on hold did this about 5 times. They reassured my pill was Canceled. My husband said the staff was a bunch of chatty patties standing around not doing much. I was easy to get his pills either. When he is the salt lake city area again we will not go through this walgreens.

I have liked this pharmacy ok. The wait times are always a joke but the the workers are nice. I have been in line a hour, nobody has greeted the drive through and I’ve been at the window 20 min. Now they are reducing hours when they need to be extending with more staff. I will be switching, which makes me sad, it’s been a good year or so with you.

This Walgreens is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER be coming here again. Every experience I’ve had I’ve been treated like they do not care at all. DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give them zero stars I would.I went in with my mom so she could pick up photos. The employee didn’t even look for the photos and then asked if they could help the next person in line first. The excuse given was ‘I just don’t want to get a big line and I’m the only one up here’ my mom then asked to just look for the photos herself. There is no reason she should have to do someone else’s job just to get her photos. When did someone’s else’s business become more important than ours? We were there in line first.Then I went in a couple days later to pick up invitations. The employee greeted me by ignoring me because she were too busy sitting on her phone. After I stood there for a good minute she came over to help me. She was rude through the whole interaction. The card reader wasn’t working so she had to call over her manager who voided the transaction to run it again. I asked if I was going to be charged twice, because I didn’t want to come in again. Another rude interaction from the employee. I finally am able to leave and get home just to see that all 60 of my invitations where printed wrong. So now I have to go back to have them done correctly.I go back and the printer is having issues. It’s taking forever and I have to leave. I was told by the manager that I would be receiving a 50% refund for my trouble and she was very apologetic. I thanked her and let her know I would be back in the morning to pick the correct ones up.This morning I went in to pick the right ones up. They look great now that they’re fixed. On the box there’s a note that says to refund me 50% so I asked them to do that. The employee calls the manager over (this is a different manager) he said ‘I don’t see in the point in refunding you because we fixed the problem’ while I understand that, I was told that I would be refunded some amount so that’s what I expect to happen. He refused to refund any amount no matter what I was told before from another manager, so I said I was just going to leave. He then told me to ‘have a great day’ in a nasty sarcastic tone.Every experience I’ve had here, but one, has been horrid. I am so disgusted with how these employees treat their customers.

So yesterday I was working up in Salt Lake City. I had my doctor call in my prescription to this Redwood road Walgreens locathen. I'm not used to having to provide my insurance information for I usually get it Build closer to where I Live. Long story short. There's a Really pretty young Hispanic woman That I believe when above and beyond for me help me resolve the issue with my insurance and I am super impressed.

Long lines. Long waiting time. Several times after requesting a refill from Walgreens and them faxing my doctor, I ended up having to contact my doctor. The most annoying thing is I have dual insurance apparently their system cannot automatically bill both insurance companies so after waiting in the long lines they have to manually bill my secondary insurance. Some of the employees are not even trained to do so then I have to wait even longer while they get someone to help them . I do like the location and most of the staff are polite. I wish they would update their system for dual insurance.

I gave Walgreens a 3 star rating this is why. The store was clean. It's central to the city. But the customer service was horrible. Which is what I find almost everywhere I go anymore. I went in with a friend of mine that is 85% blind. She has a united Healthcare card. Which helps her threw her life since she can't work or drive. She was trying to buy a few thing on this card. And instead of helping her find this one product. They were just rude to her and had no help for her. I would never say not to shop somewhere. So I won't. But if you do decide to visit this location. I'm sure you will find the same problem if you are having a difficult time with your purchase. Thanks have a great day.

I understand not liking your job, being burnt out etc..but to the pharmacist who just answered the phone and talked to me like I was an inconvenience for asking a series of simple questions...shame on you. You chose to be a pharmacist or work in the pharmacy. I will always support another woman but the way you spoke to me on the phone was clearly an indication of how miserable you are. If you don't like your job find a new one don't take it out on patients who are calling to verify if a prescription is available.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They NEVER answer their phone. Sit on hold for an hour just to have them hang up... good luck getting transfers in or out of this place.
