I have decided I will never go back to this Walmart. It is stocked with the most ignorant employees on earth. Rude, unknowledgeable, untrained, disinterested.

Interesting I gave the stars posted the photos, but then didn't finish writing not sure what to say-- the pictures pretty much say it all, beside I had no words SMH‼-- now However in the time since I ousted my stars it has been interesting as I have bummed in to friends or acquaintances and friends of family--so interesting that they have just returned from this same store and knowingly stared just verbally unloading their disgust of their local Walmart-- that being said they are all people who have within the past 3/5 years have moved into this area and thus have experienced far better Walmarts. This entire store has clearly had no concept of pride in their work, customer care or assistance.

It's a typical Walmart, has everything you need & low prices. Used self checkout which made it quicker since all the Walmart cashiers I've checked out with are the slowest ever. My rating is for stock, prices & having self checkout available.

Where do I start?! I feel like I can't escape Walmart. It's a bad monopoly who in return treats their employees like as well as treating their customers like . It's crazy what $$ and power does. All Walmart stores are still essentially the same, some are cleaner, others are dirty and stinky but that is due to their geographical location. The one thing that I is blatantly obvious at each location your treated like just like the employees. I have to frequent this Walmart BUT ONLY for items that are not meat, veggies, fruit, and Dairy. This Walmart produce that is old, I've seen meat that is green and it's obvious they put sticker over stickers on the packaging. I wouldn't put it past an employee to take meat and put it back into the meat storage bins that they found on various isles across the store. On occasion I'll pick up some boxed or canned food I haven't had any surprises there. This Walmart, attracts the wrong sorts of people, drug deals happen in the parking lot in broad daylight. The managers are lazy, they are rude and have an attitude as they feel superior over others. Just this past Sunday 10/10/2021, my husband and I were walking back up from the back of the shoe isle (adjacent to the electronics) behind us is the employee doors where they access their lunch room/locker room and also product is brought through that area.. anyways this Manager (I would expect him to be as he had a CRM manager tag too bad I didn't see the name tag) but he was in his late 30s to mid 40s and he had brown hair short and groomed with grey hairs scattered throughout well he comes down the walk way ok his cell phone talking loudly and very rudely "trying to assert his superior manly attitude" and he's on the phone with a. Employee and he was loud! "Well I don't care about your home issues, or if your having an emergency, if you don't get your sorry self here immediately to work your shift you are fired!!!!" Professional? No. This is a great example, he proved this is a reoccurring behavior across all Walmarts in the US. Don't agree? Walmart?? Check TikTok because your executives with a blue verified check mark are all over that app but when you're criticized for your blatant disregard of unprofessional, unethical behaviors are publicly filmed!!! You ignore it rather than changing how you treat your employees. Now when it comes to the treatment of customers, it's by your employees and do you know why? Because you treat them like so why treat the customers good? Closing down all of your cash registers is a stupid move, this store can be slammed packed you have 2 registers open and the self checkout stands at either end of the store have lines of people all the way back to the back of the F'N store literally to the back. It's disgusting, lol and to make everything worse you have door greeters treat you like a criminal because they had to check out themselves. Ahhh maybe rethink your business plan because it might work for you $$$$$$$$ and allows you to hire less people for 25-30 hours a week to avoid paying healthcare.

Somebody call the health department on this Walmart the bathrooms are the most disgusting thing ever and there's never any soap!!!! We have Covid happening and there is no soap in there freaking bathrooms this is disgusting. I'm making sure to call them!

This place absolutely SUCKS. There is hardly ever any registers open and I can barely find workers. I've noticed a lot of teenagers that do work here are usually playing in their phones or waking around with others. Not working and unable to help. Probably one of the worst stores ever.

My experience with the deli, ordering a sub party plater was horrible!! I called in the order for pick up the next day, went to pick it up and it wasn't even done! Then I was ask when I could come back to pick up the order? I told them the party was tomorrow so I guess I'll have to leave work and pick it up eleven. He Assured me it would be done! So the next day I called before I left work to make sure it was. The lady put me on hold for a bit, came back and said it's being worked on. When I got there at eleven it was the lady who answered my call who was working on it and I was asked to come back again. I told the lady at the counter the party was at 12. I can't and I need it done as fast as possible. I waited 24 minutes until they were finished and it was just thrown together. Horrible service! I'll never rely on them for a order again!

if i could do a 0 that's the real number i need!!! this is not against any of the stores but for walmart.com!!! what a freaking joke they are! i placed an order this morniong for a couple of things and received an email saying the order was in process and to wait for another email to come pick my items up. it said the order would be ready before 8 pm. at 7:45 pm i received a cancellation from walmart.com for my order saying that "due too the high demand of my order they could not fill it at this time?" i would not be charged for it. i waited all day for this when all they had to do was send me that email way earlier than they did. i get it, it's friday and yall want to go home. it's not due to high demand but due to it being friday and it's party time.... guess i am done buying from walmart.com

Worst experience in a Walmart ever!! Understaffed, plants are dying or dead in the garden department. 2 check stands opened with lines clear back into apparel. Both check yourself lines had at least 10 carts waiting. No manager in sight. It seems this store has as little regard for customers as they do

This Walmart is always one I avoid because it's always cramped and messy. There's one in west valley just down 6200 S that's much better and I go out of my way to go there instead. I never left a review on this store because I work in retail and like to think of myself as understanding, but I just can't believe how bad my experience today was and I don't think this store even deserves 3 stars anyways. My sister left her wallet at the store the other day at self-checkout, so I called perhaps wondering if maybe some employee happened to be attentive and grab the wallet and keep it safe. I'm on hold for 5 minutes and a girl with an attitude picks up the phone. I ask her about a wallet and she immediately says to call customer service instead and redirects me in the middle of my sentence (which was thank you) I'm on hold again for 30 minutes until I decide to hang up. I call back the original number and after being on hold for another 5 minutes someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. Wow. I've never seen anything like this before, maybe they hung up accidentally. Try again, the same thing happens. I'm pissed and I can't believe that anyone is able to keep a job anywhere with this kind of attitude (lazy, rude, and inattentive). This just says something about the kind of environment there, and probably the management who lets them stay. Avoid this store and go somewhere else.

Terrible costumer service. This was the worst employee problems I have I ever experienced. Employee was mean and we asked for something at least 30 times and waited an hour but still nothing. Do NOT shop at Walmart!

This review is 100% about how Aziza (shift team lead) and Sam were to us today. We came in today to purchase a TV. We found a TCL Roku 43" tv with HDR listed for 218$ that price was listed on the box, and on the tag that they had advertised. When it rang up for $239 we asked that it be corrected due to their advertising. Aziza walked us back to electronics where we met with Sam and showed her the price. They told us that it was the wrong TV, and that they go off UPJ codes (like we know what that is). They persisted to tell us that they couldn't honor the price even though it was advertised that way, and walked away, they made little jabs at us about not being able to pay the additional money, and they were incredibly rude and talked about us as they walked away. Not to mention that they left us to unload the TV's back ourselves. They were very rude to us. We walked back up to customer service to Aziza and she greeted us with "what else do you want"? and continued to tell us that she couldn't help us, and why should they be nice to us. This is false advertising! This price was listed in their store, on their tv, and on THEIR website. We went to another store and got the TV's for what they were advertised for. I don't know why Aziza and Sam made such poor jabs at us that. Hopefully this store starts promoting people that actually care about their customers. Cause these two sure didn't. " SUPER POOOOOORRRR customer service.
