The worst bank I have ever been served at. They made an appointment for me and told me that they were going to see me, then they left me waiting for more than half an hour and then told me that I didn't have any appointment, one person told me no, and another said yes, and the treatment was very arrogant. I'm never coming back!

Absolutely terrible service at this location. The teller stations are hopelessly understaffed and both ATMs are broken. If you have any choice at all, you should choose literally any other bank. Absolutely skip Wells Fargo at all costs! They make even the most simple transactions difficult.

Tellers continuously lecture me and complain about the deposits I bring in for my hotel I see others come in with way more deposits than I bring in they keep yelling at me saying that I have to do night drop I came in at the slowest time of day and I still get lectured that they actually have to do there job and count and actually type ridiculous it happens every time with particular tellers I run a hotel with a restaurant attached and I’ve never had any other complaints from other Wells Fargo businesses really frustrating that I get bullied here

Bad costumer service. The staff is unfriendly, they always make you feel unwelcome. I’m a recurring costumer because of the location and I dread every time that I have to go get any change or have any questions.

I would give this branch a zero if possible. I went through the drive-thru and handed my ID and bank card to the teller, and then I was told to fill out a deposit slip with my account number. When I asked how I would know the account number, he told me to look it up on the mobile app in my car when it was right in front of him!!!! He couldn't be bothered to write it in or fill in the deposit slip when this has been the standard practice for years and years! Ridiculous! I went to another branch, and they were closed at the drive-thru and had 40 people in line. Wondering why anyone would keep their money with this bank!!!! *** side note I filed in EVERYTHING besides my account number!

These employees are the rudest and sound like they never want to help you out. Worst location ever and worst employees. This happens EVERY-TIME I go there. They either need to change their tellers or have a talk to them because they are seriously so bad and rude and make you feel like they do not want to help you.Need to work on their customer service??

Went to this Kearns bank. Asked for $500.00 off my bank card. Teller speaks very little English. I verify $500.00 she hears $5 thousand. Now i have to wait 24 hours to get my money because card is froze. Manager says she didn't put 5- thousand. I said look at her hand. Five thousand in her hand. Manager says OH. come back in 24 hours. What a joke. Needless to say i am done with this place of incompetence! One star. Reluctantly

Wells Fargo customer service does not exist so don’t bother using their banking services. We phoned their offices near our home but is all we get are recording directing you various department numbers. Is all we wanted was to speak to a human voice. Not a recording. We entered the account number question 6 times and pressed every other number several more and still no humans. This is the reason they currently have 2 stars on their ratings. Then we drove to the nearest branch to settle to speak to a business representative pertaining to an estate. After waiting for 1 hour at the bank they said we would need an appointment and the soonest they could help us would be on June 27th at that branch but if we wanted to travel to a different location we could be seen next week. Now that’s customer service! So if you have a job and want to open a bank account look elsewhere. Fair warning. They are the WORST! While sitting there waiting 3 other customers came into the bank asking for assistance. They to were sent away with no assistance. They sure don’t send you away when you take them your hard earned money. But try to withdraw it and it’s like pulling teeth. What happened to the good old Wells Fargo I use to know?

Rude and incompetent. We went in to open an individual retirement account and were told rudely that we had to do it on the internet. When I asked the manager how we could deposit our check, she became irritated and said there are instructions on the internet. When we got home we discovered that Wells Fargo is not accepting traditional IRAs at this time. This Taylorsville manager didn't know what she was talking about and didn't care about acquiring our business. She is obviously a liability for her employer. We opened the account at another bank and won't try Wells Fargo again!
