“Another shop in town recommended that I go here for a radiator issue because they could not get to my vehicle in a timely manner. Overall my experience was good. They did a good job and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They had a couple of issues getting the parts they needed but they went out of their way to make it right and get the work done ( thanks for that) . The only complaint I have is the communication could have been better. I understand there is only so much you can do when it comes to parts procurement but simply communicating what is going on goes a long way. I would bring my vehicle here again and I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.”

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop!
My 2020 Ford Fusion was shifting a little weird, but I figured it was just “normal wear” and I’d live with it. Dropped it off for what I thought was routine service, and these guys went above and beyond. They caught a developing transmission issue that I had NO idea was there (something that could have left me stranded or cost me thousands down the road). They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
They got the repair done fast, the car shifts smoother than the day I bought it, and the bill was completely fair. The shop is spotless, everyone is friendly and professional, and they even texted me updates with pictures while the work was being done.
If you want a shop you can actually trust (one that looks out for you instead of just looking for your wallet), this is the place. I’m telling everyone I know to bring their cars here. Thank you for saving my transmission and my sanity! Already looking forward to my next visit (which I’m sure will just be routine maintenance because these guys fixed it right the first time).

When I needed a sensor replacement other places tried to convince me that I needed more done or charge me out the nose, but these guys listened to my issue and gave me exactly what I needed without the fluff. They were fair in their price and honest on how long it would take. I will continue using them going forward.”

We were on our way out of town for an outing, and got a flat tire just as we got on the freeway. We were able to bring the tire back in, on a busy summer day, and I was told it would take about 2 hours to repair, which would cause us to cancel our plans. Within a few minutes I received a call back stating that the tire was finished. When I asked about the time, they said that they noticed I had a car full of kids (my 5), and seemed to be in a hurry so they repaired it right away.

I suggest you give them a try. Karl went way beyond what I ask for. He didn't try to add to the cost he gave me. Very good service. I will have him back again. He's owner operator so it's not some guy collecting a check. His success is the service he offer. I suspect he gets busy during the season.
