“Intermountain tire pros was recommended to me by a friend who has worked with them professionally. I took them to do work on a used car I bought privately. They found a few issues with it and offered to fix it up as soon as possible. I initially denied some repairs but then the next morning I changed my mind. They told me at first they would not be able to get it done without moving into the next week. However, a few hours later I received a call that they would get it done that day and by the original time I needed it. Fast forward to the following week and after some intense wobbling and misdiagnosed (on my end) problems I decided to tow it back to them. They then called me and informed me what the real issue was, fixed it and then did further work that I was unaware the car needed. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it was on house. 5/5 I will be going here again with all of my vehicles.”

His communication is excellent, his pricing is fair, and he took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done now versus what could wait. Unlike others who offer vague explanations, Jasen walked me through how each part affected the next so I fully understood the work. An added bonus is that he fabricates much of his work in-house—true American-made craftsmanship. Highly recommend.”

“The team at this Les Schwab are above and beyond. After attempting to replace my brakes by myself, I eventually had to turn to the professionals. Most mechanics will say they hate working on customers' DIY projects because they will more than likely have to fix the original problem and the mess the customer made.
However in this case the technician I talked with and who worked on my car, Jesus, was a perfect professional example. He knew all the correct questions to ask to make sure what the problems might or might not be.
He worked on the car right away and was able to readily identify and fix the problem.
In addition to the incredible work by Jesus, the entire team was so quick and professional I came in after a long Memorial day weekend and they were busy with a lot of customers, but all of the staff was able to quickly assess the customer needs and get them taken care of. I am grateful to have such an incredible auto shop in Herriman.
