“They were very helpful and friendly when we were having car troubles on a road trip. They quickly did some preliminary diagnostics and cleaned my MAF as a courtesy and told me to come back if there were more issues and they would dig in further. They were very nice and explained everything.”

We took our truck here to figure out what’s wrong with it (hadn’t been running good) we could not figure it out for almost a year. We took it in 3:30 Wednesday and by 3:30 Thursday Dustin gave us a call with the diagnostic, he asked permission (greatly appreciated) before getting the part and fixing it! By Friday morning he called again saying it was ready! Amazing service! Their prices are hard to beat as well, he also figured out other things needed to be fixed and told us about it for the future!”

“We were in town for the Parade of Homes, but our car was having power steering issues and so we needed a rental while the repairs were being made at Auto med Auto Mechanic just down the street. They had an economy vehicle readily available and even gave a discount for a multi-day rental. The outside of the building said Auto Sales, but the rental place is in the same building, so head on in if you need to rent a car. It was all quick, easy, and convenient.”
“We had a brake problem that could have ruined our vacation plans. Called them at 8 AM on a Monday morning and Mark said bring it in. 3 hours later I had new front brakes and was pleasantly surprised at the bill. I was once a professional mechanic and I know what this job could have cost and was, frankly, expecting to get gouged but the bill was perfectly reasonable. Mark said that he’s been told that he should charge more for emergency repairs but doesn’t have the heart to do business that way. We’re now happily enjoying an uninterrupted vacation with our budget intact thanks to Mark.”
