599 West Main Street, TorreyAmazing fine dining near Capitol Reef! I went with family and we shared a handful of their dishes amongst us. Everything tasted great! For dessert you must try the flourless chocolate cake! I also loved the outdoor patio area for sitting before/after your meal

1110 UT-24, Torrey2022: Really delicious food! My friend and I got the salmon and tofu and both loved it. Small, locally owned with a great ambiance. Definitely recommend if you want some good modern cowboy grub in a unique and cozy setting.
Edit August 2026: sadly bumping down a star because their posted hours (closing 9pm) is incorrect. Google hours (closing 8pm) is also incorrect - they don’t let anyone in 1 min after 7:45pm and no way of knowing that :(

2523 UT-24, TorreyGreat place to stay 17 miles to Capital Reef National Park. No rooms above you. A quiet location with comfortable bed. Chair to sit outside your room and enjoy the horses down below. Restaurant on site but 4 miles down the road is a Delicious BBQ Place called Torrey Grill & BBQ. Fast, Friendly, check in. Breakfast counter in the morning has coffee, tea, hot chocolate, danishes, granola bars, & apples. Just enough to get you going and on the road!

Rim Rock Patio
2468-2512 UT-24, TorreyThe atmosphere of this place was fantastic! You can sit outside on the patio and stare at the beautiful mountain landscape. My husband and I ordered a pizza and some drinks. I love thick crust pizza. It was delicious! Tai recommended a local beer, Last One Down. He liked it. She was a hoot!
