50 S Main St, TropicI was pleasantly surprised and impressed with Route 12 Grill that was connected with Stage Stop Station. My family came right at the transition time between breakfast and lunch. I wanted breakfast and got the meat lovers omelette. It was fantastic. A huge portion of food at a very reasonable price. My wife and kids waited 10 mins and got the burgers and fries. They absolutely loved it and nothing was left on their plates. Just like breakfast, the lunch portions were huge and definitely filling. The grill and gas station is very clean and orderly. The workers were very friendly, helpful, and timely. There is a nice seating area for the grill. If you want a place to fuel up and get a good meal to eat without paying outrageous prices at a national park, this is the stop you need to make.

The Pizza Place
21 N Main St, TropicThe other Google reviews are correct, this place is great! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was great and the establishment was clean and nice looking. Our food was prepared and delivered in about 10-12 minutes. Frankly, I don't know how they made and cooked a calzone in that short of time. We ordered Peg's cheesy bread, which was hot and flavorful. However, it was NOT 10 inch diameter as claimed (I was skeptical based on other reviews). The cheesy bread was about 8 inches diameter, served on a 10 inch pan.
The kids' fish & chips were hot and crispy. Our supreme pizza had a soft but slightly crispy exterior. The toppings seemed balanced. If you're visiting Bryce Canyon, I'd highly recommend the Pizza Place after a day of hiking.
