We had a wheel bearing go out right before we got to Vernal, and Auto Works came to the rescue, even though it was late in the day. The mechanic, service manager, and store manager were very professional and got the job done. We were back on our way in no time. Thank you for great service and interesting conversation.

The man I spoke with on the phone while I was trying to get my vehicle in last minute was so extremely accommodating and helpful giving me advice and input for how I should proceed, despite being busy. Thats not something you come across when calling mechanic shops last minute! Appreciate the consideration and kindness.
