“Heaton did a lift on my new truck. Several months later, a sensor went out. A wire had been routed incorrectly. Warranty wouldn't cover the repair because it was determined to have been caused by the aftermarket work. Heaton made NO excuses. Apologized for the error and made the $500 repair free of charge. This is an unusual experience these days. Because they are honest and stand behind their product, I will always be a loyal customer. ?”
“I showed up without an appointment at 9am Monday morning, and they had me fixed and out by 11am. They test drove before the repair, and after the repair, I mean a proper test drive! I needed a new caliper. $150 out the door, included the initial inspection, and they had to take the wheels off twice. Very pleasant, helpful, and fair. Brakes like a champ now.
