Very poor customer service. Old man that was up front very not helpful at all. He didn't answer questions and would just give a "are you stupid?" Look and so on. Autozone it is.

We've had multiple positive experiences at this location. I will be going back again and again. Curtis was particularly helpful last night with my burnt out brake light. He helped me find the correct replacement bulb AND taught me how to install it. I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, which is exactly the experience we've come to expect from this location, and we are super grateful!

At the 179 N Geneva Rd, Orem, UT 84059 O’Reilly auto parts store. I was given wonderful help by an older gentleman first name Ron, I believe. I had a problem with our driver side window wiper that was having problems where the wiper broke off. Ron was nice enough to not only let me know which wiper was needed, but also help me to install and fix an issue preventing the wiper from working. I really appreciate his wonderful customer service, and gave me faith that there are employees that really do care about their customers. Thanks so much for Ron.

I've needed some specific tools, and they had to be ordered so they say come back at 4 and by then the person that ordered the parts is gone home and the person working don't know what I'm talking about then the order is wrong anyway.

We had both headlights burnout on a long road trip. A young man that works here named Spencer came out to our van in the freezing cold and spent 20 minutes helping us replace them so we could safely get back on the road. He was polite decent and very helpful. I highly recommend Oriley!!! And Spencer needs a promotion. What a great human being!!

Clean store, usually has what I need in stock. This doesn't represent all of the employees here, but the associate I interacted with was grumpy and condescending. He's the older man (Ronald, I think). Not a good customer experience, but I got what I needed (hopefully)

I had to replace my car battery and had bought a new one from a different store but couldn’t get it installed myself and AAA said they wouldn’t install it because i didn’t buy it from them! I called O’Reilly because they were close by and the awesome employee, Vincent, was so nice and installed it for me!! 12/10 service!!

They'll do anything they can to NOT help you find the right products for your car. Also spect being talked like if you were an expert or a car mechanic.

I wish it were possible to give negative Stars. This review doesn't represent all employees at this location but two individuals who have the worst customer service and human interaction I've ever experienced. In this particular case they sold me the wrong part which I did not discover until closing time. I called them immediately they answered the phone and the individual on the other side refused to do anything about it stating they were closed and couldn't do anything. It was literally only 3 minutes after closing time I'm sure there's something they could do but there's a difference between being able to do something and wanting to do something. This individual did not want to do anything and when I explained I would be calling corporate he simply said go ahead call corporate and hung up on me. This was their error, they gave me the wrong part and refused to make it right causing me to spend an additional 4 to 5 hours of my time dealing with a broke down vehicle and having to return another day to repair it because they refused to spend 15 minutes fixing the problem. I truly hope O'Reilly's has a true sense of customer service and will desire to make this right and reprimand these two individuals who should not represent the company.
