“I had a problem with an Epson printer. Epson has horrible Customer Service if you have issues. I could not get it resolved through Epson so I spoke to the store manager at the Washington Utah store and within 10 minutes he resolved it and took care of it. I was so impressed! I am definitely going to continue to shop at Best Buy! I believe his name was John, so big thanks to you and Best Buy for taking care of my problem!”
