“*update they called me the next morning and came and picked my car from work, fixed the problem and offered a free oil change.
Took my car in for a simple oil change and transmission flush. Quoted price was higher than others but I took it in because I work close and could walk back to work while they worked on my car. First red flag was them being unsure if they could do the transmission flush (it’s a Honda civic) arguably one of the most basic, easy cars to work on.
I picked the car up and drove it a few miles to get some food and back to work. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was making a horrible noise so I parked the car and looked underneath to see my skid plate barley hanging on.
If you can’t even remember to tighten some bolts it makes me fear the quality of the rest of their overpriced work.”

“I'm new in town and so far anything that I've needed, they've had. It's an easy in and out most of the time. Workers are helpful and sometimes will talk your ear off. I'm all for conversation though, so it doesn't bother me. Also it's literally down the street from my house so it's super convenient.”

“I was able to pull up, drop my car off for an oil change, head to Costco, eat a hot dog, and come back and leave. Didn’t have to wait. Didn’t feel like they pressured me in any way or tried to upsell me.”
