“When I called them up three months ago and paid for the storage and thought I was good to go the owner then called me back and asked if I had received the discount that they were promoting at the time, I told him I didn't know anything about it he then apologized and then refunded me money and gave me the discount. I would most definitely recommend this storage place to anyone looking to store their stuff here. I have received nothing but good service and honesty from this company!”

“The staff at this facility has been fantastic to work with. We have had our travel trailer space at this facility for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The facility is always clean and organized and very secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for RV storage. We live 50 miles away and have towed our RV back and forth because of the staff, the security and the easy access in and for customers.

The facility is always clean, their gate system is simple unlike some other local facilities, and their manager for the facility is always super helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have. My stuff feels super safe as it is, but they also have cameras all over the property to alleviate some of that stress. I highly recommend storing your things here if you want a reliable storage facility in STG!”

“The people at this storage watch it very carefully security is wonderful. Also and other storage units I've noticed a lot of dust and this one I did not see any and I have not opened it any year. I also found that the people at the office are amazing and wonderful I've worked with them for now I think it's been a year and a half and they are just the greatest people. Don't be afraid to talk to them don't be afraid to ask questions you couldn't ask a better group of people that understand customer service I just had the poor gentleman I did not want him to come out when he was sick but I needed to have a padlock taken off and I told him not to come out until he was feeling better and bless his heart he came out even when he was sick and cut the lock off. This is how incredible these people are they're just wonderful.”
