Terrible service and even worse customer service! There are constant outages and you can’t reach anyone in the office. It may be cheaper than other providers but you get what you pay for!

I can never get a person to call me back or even respond to my emails. My service has been inconsistent and spotty. Every single day since August my speeds have dropped to where I can’t even use my internet. I really wish someone would let me know what’s going on. It use to be great internet service.

Service has been really unstable lately, and you can’t ever get in contact with anyone to help you. My internet has been out for the better part of two weeks now and there’s no telling when it will be back. I’ll be switching providers.
