“Wow wow wow is all I can say about Javier at ATT in West Bountiful Ut.
Such a knowledgeable friendly amazing representative. He was alone in the store helping 3 customers at once, juggling all our needs and questions like a pro. He greeted everyone that entered the store immediately even as he was helping all of us at the same time, so rare in todays world. I need to go back to ATT to get my tablet sorted, but Im waiting til Sunday, when Javi works!

During this process of setting up a new account Kasumu, a store employee, was incredibly helpful in getting us setup. Kasumu exemplified amazing customer service taking whatever time we needed to explain and walk us through the process. Due to the circumstances our signing up process took a couple of days to complete. He was so professional.
