“Applied for a loan but due to circumstances beyond mine or the banks control, the application was sidelined for a time. When I got in touch with the staff in the lending department they worked extra hard to get the application, approval, and funds dispersed in less than 3 hours. When I went in to branch to complete the transaction, the staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me to meet my tight deadline.Thank you Amanda, Paula, Kala, and Andrew! “I've been with AFCU for 35 years. I've ALWAYS received great service when going in for face-to-face assistance, with loans, credit cards, whatever. I recently had suspicious activity on a credit card, borderline fraud. I've had a card number stolen and used in the past, with quick notification and a ton from AFCU. Although it is unclear if this is outright fraud, Noelle at the WJ branch was excellent in helping me start a charge dispute, and she explained the entire process clearly. I will stay with AFCU forever, mainly because the service today is as good as it was 30 years ago.”

“I used Shawn Sloan to get a loan for a cabin in Bear Lake. He was great to work with and got the loan done smoothly. Mostly I appreciated that he would either always answer his phone or he would get back to me as soon as possible if he was busy. I would recommend using Shawn if you need to get a loan or refinance done.”

Her name was Liza and I felt the need to let you guys know that you guys have good people working there. I definitely loved it!”
“We have been members with UFirst for years, and have really appreciated the service we receive. The branch manager knows us and remembers conversations we've had. When someone gained access to our account after we clicked on a bad email, the people at the credit union recognized the fraud very quickly and froze the account before too much damage was done. They were able to help us resolve it all, get new cards, and money restored to our accounts In a few days. They have been great!”

“I ABSOLUTE LOVE Jonathan Bedoy!!! He has been an SUCH A HELP to me!!! HE IS SO HELPFUL & SO FRIENDLY in a very professional way!!! He’s kind with my kids, he is so kind and helpful to me, EVERY TIME he helps me!!! He is MY FAVORITE person to work with at the West Jordan Branch!!!
Recently he helped me once again in his AMAZING WAY he does. When I was leaving he wished me well because he may not see me again (as I pressed him, he told me his hours have changed and the new schedule doesn’t work with his school schedule). This would be a HUGE LOSS to your Branch and Company if he has to leave!!!
I implore you to do ALL YOU CAN to work with his schedule!!! He is a VALUABLE employee as I have worked with him, it is COMPLETELY obvious!!! As well as when I’ve watched him work with others and the camaraderie between him and other employees.
PLEASE DO ALL YOU CAN TO KEEP HIM here at The West Jordan Branch (for my own and your Benefit) and in your Company (for your own Benefit)!!! If he were my employee, I would do ALL I COULD to keep him!!!
