Today, while dealing with a brandnew dishwasher that wasn't working, a husband who just found out that he has cancer for the second time, and a WiFi system that is so bad....that I couldn't hardly send over the documentation and photos needed by Kenmore per instruction so we could schedule a repairman...all together and again, I thank God for Brice W, who walked us through changing our internet system to AT&T, Brice was so patient with us, he is so knowledgeable, and explained everything so we could understand it.
