“Was in town on business and as usual searched for model train stores in the area. These guys were awesome. Full of inspiration, information and advice. Must stop by if you’re in the area.”

“Wendy was amazing during our visit. We are out of state visitors and of course we wanted to do all the “touristy” things including souvenir shop for family and friends back home. We had been to a few other places in different parts in and around Salt Lake (again not too familiar on all places) and nothing compared to the service and attention we received here. The other toy shop we visited (Mochi something) didn’t even greet us the entire time we shopped around so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Wendy on the other hand greeted us right away in a genuine and friendly manner. She made herself available to us with all our questions and she even took my 5 year old seriously and helped him.

As far as the shop goes it has a little corner of the store with toys that children can play with. For those who have children especially small ones, understand that it’s hard for them to see toy and not want to open and play with them. This small area is big enough for a few kids to play a bit while you look around and shop.

The prices are very reasonable and at different price points. They don’t mark everything up just because it’s a “touristy” spot. Making it easy to say Yes to both my kids on multiple items of their choice.

Overall I recommend this place.”

“Amazing figures for utah owner or worker there on Tuesday was so nice willing too talk and explain things too my mom she needed too load money on her card bc she didn't have enough and he gave me a figure for free bc we drove 3 hours. Amazing store very cool figures and nice workers definitely go there if you havnt”

“I just wanted a simple Xbox game. I went in at 11am on a Saturday, and it was packed. There was one person at the counter, the system was down, and everyone wanted to do exchanges, refunds or something that took a long time.

I decided to order online for pick up even though I was at the physical location. When it was my turn, the employee looked it up and got me my game quick, easy with excellent customer service. I have to give this guy credit. The manager was gone and he was the only one there juggling 5 things and line of angry customers. Seriously, this guy deserved a raise for his patience and service.

I would recommend upgrading their system and definitely some more help at the store if they can. Btw, if you order online, they have better options than what’s on the shelf. Plus, it’s easier for the store and you to get your stuff, just saying.”
