I’m approaching my 70th birthday and I’ve dealt with many banks and bankers over the years. I must say that Joshua Lucero, Financial Center Manager of B of A’s West Valley City branch was as gracious, helpful, polite, competent and professional as any banker I’ve ever dealt with. I came in off the street without any appointment to help me with a transfer of title of an Airstream travel trailer. He treated me as if I had known him for years.
