“I went in to purchase an engine kit, after having called around to other similar establishments, finding O'Reilly's was where I needed to be.I had called them the night before and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman who told me they had this. So, I went in. I had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady named Rheti. She was great! We even had a nice conversation while another person was trying to find my will-call. Needless to say, it was a memorable experience?.”

“I went in yesterday afternoon and was helped by a woman, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. I believe she may have been the manager. The customer service from her was above and beyond, I could tell she really cared about helping the customers and took pride in her position. Her staff did great as well. I would definitely recommend this store!”
