“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. We’ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we’re in good hands when we’re there. Thanks!”

“My battery was bad and I needed to test it. David helped me test the battery and was so patient with me. I ended up testing my starter too but my car gave in and didn’t start again when testing for the starter. I was going to jump my car on my own but Mark offered to help and we got the car back and running again. Mark was fantastic! Thank you so much for your help that day, especially when it was so stressful. The customer service was amazing and I will definitely be back soon!”

“This is one of the best stores I've been to as far as O'Reilly's go the employees are sweet and I think it's really nice and clean for being an auto parts store it's in good place I recommend this one day I needed my battery to be checked out and so they kept my battery in a kept it overnight and charged it and it turns out it wasn't my battery my battery is very nice and new and good so thank you guys appreciate you I recommend this one”

“I see some 1 star reviews on here and for the life of me idk why. Is the best prices batteries in the city, they install it for basically free in 5 minutes, and there is ZERO wait time. Look yall, if ya don’t know cars and screw up your battery after getting it that’s on you, but don’t leave a 1 star somewhere just cause you’re upset about something in your own life. This place rocks”

“Mel is a lifesaver! We were in a terrible situation, stuck in the snow in the mountains broken down. A tire chain had sliced through our brake line, leaving us completely stranded - and freezing...
We called dozens of shops and nobody was able to get the part or help us. Until we were lucky enough to finally reach Mel, who figured out how to get the part shipped to the store the next morning. I don't know how Mel did it, but it happened.
Mel kept us updated the whole time via text and we were finally able to have somebody pick up the part the next morning and bring it up to fix the truck. I don't know what we would have done if it weren't for Mel. Probably still stuck in the snow frozen to death. THANK YOU MEL!”

“This is my favorite O’Reillys. I’ve been to several, but I’ve never had the kind of Customer Service that I get through this team of employees. My RAV4 was having trouble passing emissions, Conner the manager bent over backwards Checking analyzing every little thing that would throw off the test. I’ve never had any Automotive company spent so much time with me and it was greatly appreciated. Joe Is a hot Rod nut and is always giving me great advice on my 1967 Mustang. You guys are the best thanks again.”

“It's not only the fact that it's the closest parts store to where I live, but every time I've walked in if somebody is at the counter, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need any assistance. Usually I am able to walk out of this store within 5 minutes with the exact parts I wanted. I will definitely return in the future seeing as all of the cars I own require work constantly!”

“Today I came into the Midvale O'Reilly Auto Parts store and spoke to Adrian about my battery. He went out to check it and my alternator. I told him my issues and he told me that I had a warranty on my battery. I was greatly surprised to find out that I was eligible for a replacement battery. Adrian was so helpful to take out my old battery and put in the new one. He realized I needed hood struts and told me he would install them for me. I bought them and he installed them! Adrian went way out of his way to make sure I was good to go. I highly recommend O'Reilly in Midvale for any auto parts. I can say today's visit MADE MY DAY because Adrian was so nice and helpful. Thank you Adrian!”
“Dakota helped me today by replacing a rear turn signal bulb. When that didn't fix the problem he discovered that the actual socket was the culprit. He happily replaced that also. “Wow! I went to this store and one of the associates gave me the wrong spark plugs. Thanks to the manager Navor knew that the only spark plugs that would work was AC Delco. The car runs amazing! I am so grateful for Navor because he was so smart and helpful and it was my son's birthday and he was so happy that his car runs so great!”

“Hannah the manager here is awesome. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Offered us free drinks and candy and always wore a smile. She took a few minutes and explained why their batteries are better than the competition and had one of her guys install the battery without additional cost. “I purchased a motorcycle battery on Amazon 2022 by the spring of 2023 the battery was dead. I went to batteries plus in Sandy before they moved and the service was great. I was on the fence buying a battery from batteries plus because it was a little more than what I could buy on Amazon. After I purchased the battery I drove home and found the battery didnt come with acid. I called the store and they offered to fill the battery at no charge. The battery was great all summer. I hastily stored my motorcycle in the fall and I forgot to pull the battery. The battery sat connected to my motorcycle in my shed all winter. Today April 11th I pulled out the motorcycle, turned the key and it started right up, I couldn't believe it. In contrast the battery I purchased on Amazon in 2022 sat on a shelf in my insulated garage connected to a battery tender to find it completely dead in the spring. I'm super happy with my purchase from batteries plus, quality product and great service.”
