“my front bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. i loved that valley collision had a way to request an estimate all online. the first estimate i got was about $1,800 but I had another estimate from a different shop for about $950. Valley collision offered to match it but actually beat that estimate! I ended up paying just under $900. my interior was also cleaner than when I dropped it off, which is really saying something because my car was covered in dog hair. they were very professional and did a great job!”

A little mishap happened while repairing my chip, but the owner accepted responsibility and did everything he could to resolve. I had to get my windshield replaced, but very quick and efficient process. He’s great about explaining things and being very transparent with pricing upfront.
