The Costco Tire Center provides excellent service and prices. Staff are helpful, polite, and give thoughtful explanations, keeping customers well-informed. They work quickly, often getting customers back on the road in under an hour even for urgent issues like flat tires. While the center can be difficult to get into and sometimes has long waits with limited waiting area, they do their best to accommodate customers. They offer free services like tire torque and an external air pump. Many customers report going above and beyond service, leading them to return for all future tire needs. The tire center is consistently described as fantastic and superior to competitors.

I do t know why I keep coming back. Slow is not even the right word. Takes about 3hrs every time with an appointment. My car was up for over 2 hrs with no tires on it and no one working on it. Frustrating is an understatement.

I love that they will torque your tires for free and I love that they have a free air pump outside of their shop. They're difficult to get into and there isn't much of a waiting area. They do a great job though.
