came in for a noise in my brakes and rotors area. I thought it was the front rotors. Roberto told me to come in so they can check it out. I got there and was greeted very professionally with a very customer oriented and friendly feel.
Roberto and the mechanics crew gave me an overview of the issue that it for needed to be the rear brakes and rotors to be addressed. I was adamant that it was the front.
They went above and beyond. The head mechanic drove with me in the parking lot next door to address the issue. Come to find out the PROFESSIONALS at Big O Tires were correct. It was the rear of the vehicle that needed to be addressed.
Through Robertos instructions, we came up to the conclusion that ALL brakes and rotors needed to be replaced.
Roberto gave me some financing options and a worthwhile price to get them all done. Alberto, the manager, even came into the conversation to assure me of his stores willingness and dedication to help me with my vehicle issues.
To top it all off, due to the possible 3hr to 4hr wait time, Roberto sent me home in an Uber to wait in the comfort of my own home.
I can't begin to thank Roberto and Albert for their top notch customer based service.
Beyond impressed with how they managed the whole situation and kept me in the loop with all things concerning my visit for today.

We've visited other oil change centers around the area, and they offer the best price for a full synthetic oil change. Way cheaper than that Lube location down the street.
They offer tire repairs, rotations and you can pick up a set of 4 while you get that oil changed. We've had nothing but great experiences here. You'll see us there each time we need an oil change, you should consider this location the next time you need an oil change too. Enjoy”
