UPDATE: Okay, so apparently my loan was available to make account changes before the first payment date. They are not charging to make ACH payments. I was able to set up a recurring payment easily enough. And their call service was very quick and helpful. I'll try to remember to check back in later and update this score if needed, but my interaction today was good.”
