“Someone backed into my vehicle, and my mechanic recommended Advanced Body and paint as a great place to get repairs. Joe and Mike were excellent to work with, and the worked with my insurance company to get the repairs authorized and completed. Their work was excellent and my car was repaired quickly. When completed, my car looked like it had never been in an accident. Thanks to everyone at the shop who worked to repair my car!”

“I want to give a HUGE thank you to Tony Castaneda and the entire team at West Valley Collision!
My 2024 Mazda CX-5 was damaged in an incident that affected the driver’s door, hood, and headlight. I was honestly worried that it would never look exactly the same again.
I picked it up yesterday, and I was amazed. The car looks absolutely perfect — honestly, it feels brand new again!
Everyone did an incredible job, and I truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and quality of the work. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend West Valley Collision.
THANK YOU so much! ❤”
“Patrick was wonderful to work with and saved the day!
He even recommended a tire shop with an after hours key drop.
Highly recommended. * * * * *”
“Last week I was driving home from work when my car started acting up. I called my brother who is a mechanic to see what to do. He said I needed to have it towed back to the shop.I remembered the name of a towing company that our business has used and called them. They said they were backed up for a couple of hours. So, I called my brother back to see who to use. He reminded me that the sales manager with Jaak Towing had come into the shop to introduce us to their business. He was very nice and told us about some services they have that would have benefited us a while back. He left some cards for us and our clients. It wasn’t too long before we needed their help with two different vehicles. They were quick to respond and picked up the vehicles immediately. So, my brother gave me their number and said to call them. I called Jaak immediately! They told me they could be to my location within 15-20 minutes. They arrived before the 20 minutes were up.Pedro was the driver of the truck. He was very polite and took care not to scratch or damage the car. Once the car was loaded, I told Pedro that I needed to go back to the shop where the car was being towed. Pedro immediately started moving a few items from the passenger seat. He took my hand and helped me into the truck. Pedro is a true gentleman. We had the most wonderful conversation on the way back to drop off my car.Pedro took the same great care in unloading my car. Pedro is the best! If your car breaks down and you call Jaak’s for a tow, ask if Pedro can be your driver!Unfortunately, I was in such a hurry once the car was dropped off, that I forgot to give Pedro a tip. I’ll get it to him somehow. Thanks Pedro and Jaak Towing! You made a bad day not so bad at all!”

“Easily the best option if you need a tow. Sent someone towards me immediately even while it was snowing. Nate did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Gave me a great recommendation for where to take my car and even hung out with me while I waited for an uber so I could sit in the truck and stay out of the cold. The best service and best people you'll find for the job.”
“This is a wonderful shop that really does care about their customers. They give it to you honest, even if it means they miss out on some money. They unfortunately weren't able to help me with my specific situation because of cost limitations on my part, but that was to be expected, my car is getting old. Thank you affordable transmissions for being so cool!”
