“Joshua was very helpful and double checked the brakes for no charge after I was hearing sounds on braking when they had been worked on before. He made sure that their work was done properly by fully taking it apart and putting it back together, and advised that the brake kit I got off Amazon might have been cheap but it would work fine.”

Mav and Brett showed up WAY after hours on a Friday evening, to figure out why my truck randomly wouldn't start (as I needed it for work Saturday morning). This was after Mav had been working on my truck for 3 days, fixed a bunch of other issues, and even test drove my truck afterwards with no problems. I've tried Burt Bros. & Steve's Auto, but their prices are always more when they get into it. They also put pressure on getting things fixed, especially if you're a woman, saying things are way more serious than they really are.

“When I was an E-2 at Pope AFB years ago, There was a shop outside the main gate, littered with decaying bugs and buses. It was run by an old (to me) mechanic that was a bit abrasive whom you never dared ask when your car would be done. He seemed to run off of camels and coffee and always had 12 projects going. If he liked you, you would sometimes get a gruff sentence "Your missing a headlight ring, you maybe could find one out there" (nodding to the yard of rusting cars without looking up from the workbench). You didn't say anything, didn't even dare thank him, you just got your part. It was never on the bill, which always came in a bit under the estimate. Wayne, not so old to me now, is much nicer than Bob, but he knows VW's inside and out. He does great work, keeps you updated along the way. Took in a 1967 bug, my first VW in 23 years and he fabricated a part for the air cleaner that helped it draw in colder air. You wont find that part in any catalog, but it cured my problem and I can say that I am one of the few bugs on the road with a Cold Air Intake! Only place I will take my car from now on. Got a hand written receipt too, which is exactly as it should be..... Highly Recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“These guys are amazing! Passing through SLC, I found CarZone on Google and went to them on Sunday for AC repair and a recurring check engine light, and I'm extremely impressed with their service. The staff was courteous, and the mechanic, Sam, was incredibly thorough.
Instead of just quick fixes, they meticulously diagnosed both issues. For the AC, they found and repaired the root cause of the hot air. I bought a new compressor from a parts store that was faulty. Raeed found a new compressor to replace the faulty one overnight. Lesson learned - just have him order the parts if you need replacements.
For the check engine light, Sam methodically investigated all potential causes, explaining their process clearly. He also pointed out that the ball joints were completely worn (I saw 2 other mechanics that said nothing, which is surprising because it's a safety concern). He also got those replaced for me.
They said they would get the car done the same day, and they are guys of their word. Sam went back to the shop and finished working on the car late into the night.
Needless to say -issues were completely resolved, and my car is running like a brand new car. I highly recommend CarZone for reliable and comprehensive automotive service. Not only are their prices more than reasonable, they work with high integrity and just a group of solid & fun guys that just love what they do.

“I had a great experience with Mike and Joe. My roof paint was peeling and they were able to fix it and paint in some extra spots not apart of the roof peeling for a very reasonable price. They were accommodating to my schedule for drop off and pick up as well. They even restored my headlights. I highly recommend them.”
