Utah Auto Spa is a highly-rated car wash centrally located in Salt Lake City, serving both West Valley and Salt Lake residents. Open 24/7, the business offers 4 self-serve bays, 2 automatic car washes, and 13 vacuums. For those needing assistance, car wash attendants are on-site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. While one reviewer had trouble with the card reader not working, most customers report positive experiences. The self-wash bays do a great job removing pollen, mud, and other debris, and the vacuums in the back are said to be strong and effective. If the garage door doesn't open after swiping a card, the business encourages customers to call the owner, who can usually resolve the issue quickly. In one unique experience, a customer struck their side mirror while exiting a self-wash bay, but the manager was very understanding and offered to cover the replacement cost, even though it was the customer's fault. This level of customer service and willingness to make things right has earned Utah Auto Spa a great reputation among reviewers. Overall, Utah Auto Spa provides a convenient, reliable, and well-maintained car wash experience for Salt Lake City residents, with friendly staff ready to assist customers as needed.
Well priced. Had free vacuums. Wash lacked some foam in the auto wash. Owner was here and told me (I didn't notice) and he gave me a free wash. That's a first for me! Thank you. (This is my review, he didnt ask for one)
