“I was referred to West Valley Collision by someone who has been using them for 25 years. I see why he has continued to be a repeat customer and refer them to anyone who asks.. My vehicle was not only repaired to what looks like new but they even took the time to do a wipe down and vacuum of the interior. Drove away feeling confident with a warranty for the work done and an appreciation for their attention to details and customer service. While I hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon, I am grateful to have a resource I trust if or when I do.”
“my front bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. i loved that valley collision had a way to request an estimate all online. the first estimate i got was about $1,800 but I had another estimate from a different shop for about $950. Valley collision offered to match it but actually beat that estimate! I ended up paying just under $900. my interior was also cleaner than when I dropped it off, which is really saying something because my car was covered in dog hair. they were very professional and did a great job!”

“I was traveling in Salt Lake in my 2024 F450. I saw the operators of the carwash outside and asked them if they have had any duallys fit thru the touchless wash bays. They said they don't advertise it due to the variety of dually sizes and length. They let me see if mine would fit and it was 100% successful! And the wash, was 2nd to none! Thanks guys!!! I wish I could find a wash like this in Colorado for my dually!”

The main issue was the timeline. What should have been a more straightforward repair ended up taking close to two months due to back-and-forth with the insurance company over additional work. While I understand they aim for high-quality results, the delay made things stressful and inconvenient.
I’d suggest focusing more on quicker alignment with insurance approvals so customers aren’t stuck waiting too long, especially if a rental isn’t guaranteed.
Overall, solid work quality, but the process could be smoother and faster.”
