“Good experience overall. The team is professional, and the quality of the paint and repair work on my car turned out really well. Customer service was also polite and helpful throughout.
The main issue was the timeline. What should have been a more straightforward repair ended up taking close to two months due to back-and-forth with the insurance company over additional work. While I understand they aim for high-quality results, the delay made things stressful and inconvenient.
I’d suggest focusing more on quicker alignment with insurance approvals so customers aren’t stuck waiting too long, especially if a rental isn’t guaranteed.

“They communicated through text and got updates of when the vehicle will be done and what was being done that time! They gave me a date of when it was going to be done and they did finish the repair when they said it would be done! Would definitely come back here again!”
