“Went to the state street store only because they had the tires i wanted in stock but they didnt put the new tires on the back of the car only purchased 2 tires and they broke a stud on the car. Came over to the west valley store and they were in shock the way the state street store did so much wrong they worked to hard to make everything right and they went fas beyond what i was expecting they put the tires where they should be and paid for the broken stud and gave me free wiper blades i cannot expsess how much gratitude i have i will always come here to have work done”

“Could not be more impressed with BTI from start to finish they have exceeded my expectations. After running over a giant pothole twice I instantly knew something was wrong. Come to find out 2 of my Audi wheels were completely bent 1 was slightly bent. Dealer wanted 4k to replace them. I didn’t even know wheels could be bent back into shape. Luckily I was referred to BTI. Saved me thousands of dollars!!From the first time I walked in the door Jennifer was there and answered all of my questions and went out of her way to accommodate a day/time and plan for drop off and pick up. She is very kind and understanding and easy to talk to. I stopped by one of their competitors to get a second opinion, needless to say there’s a reason BTI has the best reputation in town! The staff was great and accommodated my early arrival.While I waited to finish the paper work Curt came over and thanked me for being a customer and choosing that location.While I waited in the lobby, I saw Curt interact with each customer who came in. One customer was having a rough time in life.Curt did an amazing job going above and beyond to help him out. “I took in my ‘88 Nissan Pathfinder on 03/09/2024 to get the front upper and lower ball joints greased. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes and they charged me $60. From what I’ve found online, that’s about half the average price for that service. Would definitely recommend!”
