My daughter broke both pairs of her glasses. The tech was so understanding and kind and fixed them both- just from a walk-in appointment. The tech’s name is Jordan and I was at the West Valley store off 5600 West.

I love this company , I been costumer for 4 yr but is really uncomfortable to not be able to get a email with my prescription, they told me fax is available lol how use fax? Great costumer service but so dumb the policy of no email
