Well, my experience was not very good today, the exams were very good, but I cannot conceive that when making a purchase of Rayban sunglasses where you are spending almost $200, they will be delivered to you without their box and what is needed to clean them like someone who buys in a gas station and they only tell you we don't have boxes and they find you an ugly one that doesn't even fit. I don't think that's right.

The staff and manager here made us feel welcome and cared for. They were all so helpful and nice! It really does make a difference. Happy staff, happy customers. Definitely a big improvement since the last time we were here several years ago. The staff with the forearm moth tattoo (sorry didn't catch any names) was especially helpful and made us feel comfortable with the final processing.

Good service however I left my hat in the exam room and I didn't realize until I got home. I called and asked if they could hold it until I come to pick up my glasses as I live a little out of the way. When I came to get my glasses the staff did not have my hat . Makes me wonder if they took it home and kept it. It was a 50$ hat and brand new . I feel violated and robbed of my property. I will not be going back to this location very un professional

Staff here is awesome! Taylor was so helpful. Not sure why all the negative reviews, I go here all the time to get my glasses readjusted and occasionally to buy new glasses/contacts. Come check them out!

Americas best?? Should be called Americas worst. For Americas worst customer service. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude after I patiently waited for her to skip me in line repeatedly. I will not be returning and advise others to avoid this place.

Their customer service sucks if you have a defective problem with your glasses. They make you stand and sit around as they serve other people who come after you. They are rude and inconsiderate and take too long to serve you if there is a problem.

We thought we would get two pair of glasses for the days we did not want to wear our contacts. Since we wouldn’t be wearing them often, we chose America’s best get two for $79 deal. We used our insurance to pay for the eye exam and we chose inexpensive frames and the cheapest lenses possible. I’m not sure how they do their math, but we each paid well over $200 for those glasses. When we finally received them, one of the two we purchased for our son was the wrong frames. Two days after that, I already have a large scratch on one pair. I am not hard on my glasses and I wear reading glasses all the time. I never have a problem with scratches even with my cheap reading glasses. Save your money. You are getting cheap, poorly-made glasses at a very expensive price. And you will not know how much it is until you are done.

I’ve been wearing eyeglasses for many years and it’s not easy to find an optical shop that really cares about customers’ need and budget. So I went to AmericaBest for the first time just for browsing.. without the attention of ordering any prescribed eyeglasses. Luckily I was attended by Taylor who was truly honest and courteous from the beginning. She was very patient and has genuine service-minded which gave me absolute satisfaction in trusting her feedback as well as her honest recommendation. Taylor is a professional and thorough associate that knows does her job very well with absolute confidence and sincerity. And I will definitely make AmericaBest my favorite optical shop. Thank you!

I went in to have the little foot of my glasses fixed today and was helped by Tyler. Tyler was absolutely incredible and so kind and funny! If I could give a million billion star rating I would! As someone with really severe social anxiety it's normally very hard for me to chit-chat with anyone outside of my close friends but Tyler was so incredibly easy to talk to and I didn't feel nervous at all during our conversation! I can't wait to go back for my next pair of glasses and contacts!!

Worst service I have ever had with you guys after a decade of business. Tyler was the only one who seemed to have good customer service (thank you). I've used America's best for YEARS and after being there for 2 hours and having to redo my exam twice without any progression in the appointment, I was obviously not happy with the situation. Rather than try and offer any helpful solutions, or even just some simple positivity, I was given attitude by the tech in the red lab coat with a septum piercing who was conducting a virtual consultation with the eye doctor. That wasnt even the worst part. The way she treated me so terribly has made me want to throw a good 10+ years of service with you guys down the drain. Her demeaning communication and belittling ways towards customers should either be worked on or maybe she should be in a position away from customers.

The homie Tyler helped me over the phone setting an appointment. He was cool answering all my questions. When I did go in, the staff was welcoming and kind. Eye exam went well and I'm excited for my new glasses
