“Gentlemen, who helped me here was actually exceptional, was very quick. He was completely honest. He's like, well. Yeah, this car doesn't take a esom. I don't know why they didn't tell you that. And then he gave me the punchout card that the sim card came out of in case I needed the p. U. K code on it, which I have actually needed a p uk code before and not have it. So that was actually really handy. I went to the metro and north salt lake because I live in bountiful, and it was ten around ten forty that said the store opened at ten. It had a lockout on it like it was up for sale. I don't know where the guy was. And then so I sat in the car and waited for a few minutes, and then when I went to back out, he comes meandering, all and up, like, no big deal. So I didn't really want to go to that one anyway, but the one that I did go to was amazing customer service. Great.”

“I purchased a new phone on Friday August 7th. My now favorite T-Mobile expert is Elijah in the Bountiful store by Costco. He helped me with 6 problems that prevented me from texting, sharing photos, archiving photos into/out of the photo album, transferring money, listening to important podcasts, and using the weather app for various locations. He was soooo patient and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour correctly programming my cell phone, and teaching me how to use my new phone. He deserves a BIG RAISE !!! I tried to give him money, lunch or a gift. He would not accept any tip, or thank you gift from me what so ever. Elijah, You are amazing. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART !”

“I recently ported two phone numbers from Verizon to T-Mobil at a store in Orem, Utah where I was misled about the promotion for the iPhone 17 Pro Max when switching service, The rep switched my service before I could say yes or no so I decided to stay and try the service. She also wiped out my Apple ID on one of the phones.. since then, I have had many issues to include billing & charges ( being charged restocking fees, taxes on phones twice ) and was directed to many different people for resolution. Including the customer service 800 number. I ended up going to Salt Lake City corporate store ( #1SIV) and spoke with RAM Tyler Allen . Never have I had such a great experience. Tyler was very patient and very knowledgeable Which led to a quick resolution and 100% customer satisfaction..Tyler is truly an asset to T-Mobil !
Also : While I was in the store, I noticed the other representatives interacting with customers, and I have to say they were all very professional & helpful unlike the other store in Orem Utah .”

“Apple stores are always busy- but they greeted me promptly and got an idea of my need before letting me know my wait time. Another person got to me well within the wait time window, which was awesome, and was helpful, professional, thorough and quick. For this location, parking is a bit tricky and there can be some walking to get there, but the experience in store was smooth.”
