“UPDATE: I was contacted by Aldin about my review and he was amazing from start to finish. He was kind and helpful and understanding. He listened and heard what i was saying and helped me accomplish what i needed to have done. He contacted the store staff and had everything set up for me when i got there. Last night when i made it to the store the man that was there was super nice and helped me complete what i had started with Aldin on the phone and thro emails.. I have to say it was amazing. Thank u for everything u guys were able to do for me and my situation. Its very much appreciated.... Thats customer service worth keeping. ?.....I liked the store staff. The customer service on the phone is awful 100%. They are rude not helpful at all. If make a mistake or do something wrong to ur account and refuse to fix it or listen to u the customer at all. I didnt want to stay with this company but for lack of time to look for a new company this month im stuck. However i wont be here much longer. They dont care about customer retention at all. Or trying to make any thing right. In fact they leave u on MUTE NOT HOLD..... However, some past transactions proved to complicate things tenfold. Jasmine was a rockstar in helping me get everything sorted to accomplish my end goal. She is very intelligent and was able to stay ahead of the corporate tech support we needed to get the job done. I had to make two more return trips, but each time the staff made me feel very welcome and worked hard to take care of my difficult ask. Jorge, Ricky, and Ed are so cool and helpful. “I was so impressed with the service at this Apple store. I should explain that first I made a genius bar appointment with Best Buy in Sugarhouse. It was unbelievably terrible. I won’t go into it here, but I will never go back. So, I made and appointment at the Apple Store.First, parking was easy ! Apple maps took me directly there and there is abundant free 2-hour parking.I visited the store twice. The first time I had an appointment and was welcome in immediately. An extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient associate ran a test on my phone. She determined that it needed to be replaced.Since they didn't have it in stock, they ordered it and 3 days later she emailed and called and I returned. Again, I was welcomed immediately (this time without an appointment) and a different associate set up my new phone. Again, he was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.I walked out with a brand-new phone, completely set up for me.I often wondered if Apple Care was worth it. 100%. So glad I had it.I wish I remembered the associates’s name. the first was a woman with the awesome “fishing” hat and the second was a man with long hair.Great work to this store's team and thank you.”
