“I purchased my first camera-DVR system from Backstreet Surveillance in 2016. Those 8 cameras lasted 10 years and all of them still worked, which speaks to their quality. I wanted to replace them because they were outdated analog 1080P cameras and I wanted to upgrade to 4K network cameras with an NVR and real time app notifications. I debated heavily on purchasing elsewhere and almost did, except I made a phone call to Backstreet Surveillance and spoke to David and asked him several questions on my list about their products and features, so that I could make an informed decision. David was very friendly and relatable and honest and he and I had a great conversation for about an hour. He even said how impressed he was that I was asking all of the right questions. Their customer support and product longevity was a big factor in my decision to buy from them in 2026. But my great experience didn’t end there. They shipped my 4K cameras, NVR, and junction boxes to me and I discovered an issue upon receiving my cameras. I contacted David and he immediately took care of it at no cost to me and shipped overnight and even threw in some incentives that were unexpected but very generous just for my trouble. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Backstreet Surveillance’s customer service. And also what is great is if I call them during their business hours I always get a real person and they always get back to me promptly, unlike other companies where you always get a frustrating machine or bot to speak with. Thanks to David and the team there for going above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them.”

“Gentlemen, who helped me here was actually exceptional, was very quick. He was completely honest. He's like, well. Yeah, this car doesn't take a esom. I don't know why they didn't tell you that. And then he gave me the punchout card that the sim card came out of in case I needed the p. U. K code on it, which I have actually needed a p uk code before and not have it. So that was actually really handy. I went to the metro and north salt lake because I live in bountiful, and it was ten around ten forty that said the store opened at ten. It had a lockout on it like it was up for sale. I don't know where the guy was. And then so I sat in the car and waited for a few minutes, and then when I went to back out, he comes meandering, all and up, like, no big deal. So I didn't really want to go to that one anyway, but the one that I did go to was amazing customer service. Great.”
“Staff was very friendly but he couldn't get done what I needed, which was pay my Internet bill. He said I have to bring my router in to look up my account and then he would give me a new one free of charge. Really? I've never had such a difficult time paying a bill.”

“I recently ported two phone numbers from Verizon to T-Mobil at a store in Orem, Utah where I was misled about the promotion for the iPhone 17 Pro Max when switching service, The rep switched my service before I could say yes or no so I decided to stay and try the service. She also wiped out my Apple ID on one of the phones.. since then, I have had many issues to include billing & charges ( being charged restocking fees, taxes on phones twice ) and was directed to many different people for resolution. Including the customer service 800 number. I ended up going to Salt Lake City corporate store ( #1SIV) and spoke with RAM Tyler Allen . Never have I had such a great experience. Tyler was very patient and very knowledgeable Which led to a quick resolution and 100% customer satisfaction..Tyler is truly an asset to T-Mobil !
Also : While I was in the store, I noticed the other representatives interacting with customers, and I have to say they were all very professional & helpful unlike the other store in Orem Utah .”

“I presented an annoyingly complex series of trade-ins, purchases with coupons, and returns to this location and the employee who helped me, Cog, handled my requests (as well as others) in a very busy store, juggling phone calls all the while with efficiency, composure, and grace. My only complaint is that the store might be understaffed in comparison to how busy it is, but they do seem to be hiring, and that seems in line with other gamestops I've visited. Thanks Cog!”
“So it's going to cost $90 you get HBO MAX and a bunch of other great specifications and that's for two lines! For signing up, we're each getting a MOTO G POWER 2025. $25 activation fee. I'm not sure what the other fees are but I still think it's a steal. I can't wait to come in and sign up. I talked to them on the phone about what the out the door cost will be after taxes and fees and I'm happy about it. I hope I can get styluses too. I'll pay out of pocket if I have to for those. I love those miniature speakers they have for $25 too. Maybe we'll get a couple of those too. I'm not sure who helped me over the phone but I can't wait to come in when I get paid in a couple weeks!
