“Jonathan and I are about as different as two people can be, style included — he wanted an English-style navy three-piece, I wanted something ultra-modern and all black. We walked in with basically no idea what we actually wanted, and Rubin didn't just take an order, he educated us. Extra sessions, extra time, real patience with two grooms who had zero shared taste to work from.
Here's the part that actually got me, though: I'm colorblind. I came in a second time on my own, kind of panicking, convinced a fabric I liked was grey — it wasn't a color I could even see correctly. Instead of brushing past that, Rubin pulled a whole new set of options built around texture and visual interest instead of color, so I could actually trust what I was choosing instead of guessing. We landed on an all-black fabric with a subtle snakeskin-like weave — sharp, a little bit alt, completely me. I felt seen, not just fitted.
Jonathan got his classic three-piece, I got my black two-piece with an edge, and somehow both of us walked away feeling completely ourselves on our wedding day. That's the job done right.”

You can sell used clothes at both locations but I believe you get 50% of the sell price only when it sells.

“Julia who was working yesterday evening (10/9/24) was so kind. My mom and I came in looking for mission dresses for me and Julia was very sweet. We came in 45 minutes to close and didn’t feel rushed at all. She helped me find a total of SEVEN dresses I liked!! (I’m very picky with my dresses) she also recommended jewelry and helped us get the best deal possible. Give Julia a raise!!!

“I went to fice for the first time in 2018, since then I’ve been a loyal customer. The streetwear and sneakers selection is the best Best in Salt Lake for retail stores. The workers there and managers are very nice if you’re looking to get a brand new shoe release, I would highly recommend entering a raffle or waiting in a line at fice.
Also, they make their own clothes as well. Definitely check those out as well. Very good quality. I have bought a couple pieces myself.”

“Went to find a dress for my 12 year old and she’s picky. We forced her to try on at least one dress and we were about to leave because my daughter hates everything. Maria was amazing and came with like 5 options, explained to her that she has to come out and show us, as well as if she puts on a smile it may be more fun and go faster. Maria’s amazing attitude and sense of how to deal with pre-teen angst had us all having a good time. The restaurants here are good — Rodizio Grill has been a staple for years. Easy parking compared to downtown. A Salt Lake institution that manages to feel timeless rather than dated.”

“Vella Chinchay went above and beyond the call of duty I travel constantly 250 nights a year and I always love to stop in Johnson and pick up something new. A couple of my recent purchases. I bought one size too small and I didn’t have the receipt, but I had a little time today and she looked it up and exchange them for beautiful, beautiful jackets that fit me perfect so I went ahead and bought two more really great sport jackets with the built-in zipper vest for fall and winter
