“Drove an hour to meet friends from an hour the other way. Met the large lunch crowd on its way out! Had soup, sandwiches, coffee and spent an hour catching up. Maybe a third of the tables were busy. Servers were friendly and helpful, making sure we didn't feel rushed, topping up the coffee, and talking us into one of their fantastic desserts. Clean, bright dining room, wide menu (breakfast until 11 am), open kitchen out front. We may make this a regular thing.”

“Literally the best burgers and sandwiches anywhere around. The Godfather roast beef sandwich is amazing, and I don't normally even like sandwiches. My son says the classic burger is one of the best burgers he has had anywhere, even counting upscale burger joints. The prices are extremely affordable and you can add fries to any burger or sandwiches for only $1. The cook is always super friendly and they grill your food to order, super fresh and super fast right in front of you. I am not someone who normally writes reviews, but this place has amazing food at family friendly prices!”

“This review is coming 6 months late- but WOW. I stopped in for gas and to look over my truck which was giving me the worst trouble 3.5 hours from home. I was clearly upset and scared, and these people made me feel at home in a new place! I explained why I was there and was met with compassion and hospitality! I bought a gas can which I was happy they had available (the fresh coffee was great too :) ). A few local guys came to help, and after a while- I took off for the rest of my trip. Ever since, I've been telling everyone what a lovely family runs this shop and I highly recommend you to stop in and support these wonderful people!!!! (P.S.- when I venture back out of the ADK forest, I will stop back in to express my gratitude in person! XOXO!”

“Convenient convenience store along US-2 for a bathroom break. The store is a pretty decent grocery shop and I got some fresh sliced cheese and a case of bottled water.Frozen, produce, canned and bottled and boxed foods plus a fresh deli.Gas is not the cheapest so I didn't fill up here.[Review 18524 overall - 121 in Vermont - 2046 of 2022.]”

“I had such a terrible night and had gotten worse since I ran out of gas on my snowmobile. A stranger helped me with a ride to this gas station where I filled a tiny gas can I just bought. I then met Amanda who was so friendly,kind and caring. She made sure I was ok and even stayed open a little later to make sure I was able to come back and fill my machine so I could make it home to Littleton. She is the reason I fully was able to get home. I had a lot of nice people help me along the way because I was lost but she just made my night so much better. She is a great employee and I am forever grateful for meeting her and I want her to be recognized for her outgoingness because she even pulled out a map to make sure I knew how to get home. Thank you so much”

If you leave your debit card in the card reader at the pump.... They will secure it, and keep it safe until you return..... don't ask how I know this...Keep up the great work guys!”
