“I went to the Verizon store because my phone was not accepting or sending calls. I had spent several hours with the tech team on the phone the day before and it still wasn't working. Zach at first thought I needed a new SIM card but then realized that the tech had totally taken away the identity of my phone. He was able to fix it and get everything working and never pressured me to buy a new phone. He also reviewed my bill and was able to lower it.
