“Late evening visit to Berlin VT Verizon’s finest. Enjoyed an encounter with an experienced fellow, T Cross. He was courteous and respectful… he listened to my concerns. I had made 8 consecutive calls to the AI call center for help with our bill increase. To no avail. And he brought brought compassion and understanding to the frustration and helped me repair the situation. Many thanks to his team. He was simultaneously coaching/training a new employee as well. Stayed on task and worked with me in a professional manner - I appreciated my visit. Cheers!”

“Bryce was very helpful...as for wait time, considering he was the only employee present...not bad. Fortunately at 82 I'm not in much of a hurry that I didn't object to his assisting others before me. Can I complain about the quality of service he rendered to me...absolutely not. He even sold me a wifi tower aside from taking care of my primary purpose for coming in. I kinda like this wifi tower. Bryce is somewhat quiet and pleasant and knowledgeable...Those 5 Stars definitely belong to Bryce and AT&T... As a lifelong AT&T customer, my advice to AT&T is...keep Bryce... I used to have an AT&T Velocity...loved it, easily portable, just put it in your pocket and wherever you go you have your own personal wifi connector...my friend Jamie assisted me in reducing my costs and eliminated Velocity, I missed my personal portable wifi...well as MS has me somewhat hobbled I guess a tower on my work space will do. Thank You Bryce That was my first encounter with Bryce...Jamie did all the talking and she always asks about Bryce whenever I mention our local AT&T store. Anyway folks, have a Lovely Day AT&T is our oldest long distance carrier, as old as Ma Bell herself, Ma Bell has passed away I guess and AT&T has assumed both local and long distance...I presume that I am not alone in still being with AT&T for a lifetime...who remembers when AT&T advertised Solar and Wind projects in Popular Science Magazines after WW2.? Again, have a wonderful day and I will now put a button or zipper on it...bye for now 😀”
