“I purchased an entire living room from Ethan Allen earlier this year and I have to say I am beyond satisfied! After a month of shopping around it was clear that this was the best quality furniture in Vermont for the price and I was honestly tired of replacing my couches after only a few years of use. I have a weird space and I highly recommend taking advantage of the free deign services, the amount of options they have can be intimidating for the average person (and i am no expert!) but the designer really listened to what i wanted instead of trying to just make a quick sale. They came to my house (even though I live nearly 2 hours away!) brought big fabric, wood and carpet samples, measured my living room and even made a crazy realistic 3D layout for me. I really didn't expect this level of attention to detail from such a small operation, its big city professionalism with a mom and pop vibe. There was noting left to guess about, I could see everything in place well before jumping into the deep end. In my opinion the customer service was great, most furniture stores in the are would barely talk to me, I felt my needs were met and my money was well spent.”
